Oh my god these people suck (affectionately). One of the things I noticed back when I watched daria who knows hownlong ago is that people are very critical of daria as a character due to her more rude tendencies. And like yeah daria can be a bitch sometimes. That is part of her character to an extent. But also daria is a spin off of beavis and butthead. Ya know what happens in the first episode of beavis and butthead? The two rat bastards PLAYED BASEBALL WITH A FROG. Thats the kind of stuff serial killers do as kids. In comparrison daria is a saint. Point being: i feel like in terms of how vile a character can be before the audience turns on them, the cut off for women charaters is a lot lower then male characters. Not a groundbreaking discovery I know but I think its interesting.
