Har avistallerat Live Mesh från datorn - nu är det Dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com/referrals/NTQ3OTIxOTY5) som gäller! Jag har kört båda två ett tag och i huvudsak använt Mesh. Dock verkar Mesh dra massor med systemresurser medan Dropbox är ganska snålt. Dropbox integrerar med en massa andra online-applikationer medan Microsofts planer för Mesh är minst sagt oklara.

Windows Vista memory management is weird! When running out of memory, Windows wants to kill the frontmost application. What does the computer need the memory for that is worth stopping me from using it for what I want to?!?

Plugin isolation is a great new feature in Firefox! No more full browser crashes due to crappy flash. Since I generally have more than 20 tabs open simultaneously, this solves a real annoyance.

My computer is complaining about low disk space. Still, there is 108 MB free... I remember a time where the operating system, software and documents all fitted on a single 800k diskette. Also, my first hard disk had room for 20 MB and cost a fortune. Times are changing - not always to the better!
