My boys love homemade kettle corn and it is so easy to make. Heat 2Tblsp of oil of your choice in a large pot with the lid over med-high heat with three kernels of corn once all three have popped you will know the oil is hot. Add ¼ cup of kernels, 2 Tblsp sugar and ¼ tsp salt. Shake for 3 seconds, rest for 3 second continue until popping becomes regular then shake continuously until you hear no more popping and then dump into a large bowl to cool and enjoy! This recipe created a lovely crispy sweet popcorn!
