that this has been a battle you have faced for as long as you can remember and you’re sorry you couldnt tell them about it. at what point do you tell to them becuase at first it didn’t even seem like an issue because you weren’t losing that much weight. at what point do you tell to them because in the last year it got worse and in the last 6 months you’ve lost 12kg. at what point do you tell to them because now they struggle with their own ED and your trying to be supportive but your also so engrossed in your own struggles you’re scared you’re not helping. at what point do you tell to them because now you’re at your worst but you don’t want it to look like you copied or learnt from them because you know how much it will hurt them. asking for a friend! xx
