i have NEVER regretted resisting junk food. every night i say no to takeaway, i wake up the next morning blissful and rewarded with a lower number on the scale. it IS worth it!! the food will always be there and you can always have a treat once you hit your GW but not before.

i want to be fragile i want to look sick, i want worried looks from older people and jealous ones from the youngest. i want random people in the bus to offer me food i want the mean girls to tell me to go eat a burger.
