Having a bad body day...
Today I woke up feeling so self conscious. I busted my ass all week, eating well and going to the gym and I look in the mirror and I just can't believe how far I let myself go... I'm disappointed in myself. I'm proud of myself for still staying on track, despite it all. Usually I would let myself say that I was meant to be big, or this isn't going to be worth it but I know it is worth it. It will take time but I am on the right track. One day at a time!

I have been so good this week!
... but could be better! I have decided to share my daily food intake and workouts everyday on here to keep myself accountable. My aim is 1200 calories of clean eating a day (not counting fruits or vegetables) and to do 30-60 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill 4-6 days a week! This will be "phase 1", I need to drop about 50-60 pounds before I start lifting. So just focusing on my eating habits and cardio for a couple months! Who's with me!?

Day 1 operation get my shit together!
B- smoothie: scoop quest vanilla protein, strawberries, spinach, yogurt, cashew milk. 269 cal. L- low cal bread sandwich with mayo, cheddar, chicken 268 cal. Snack- frozen smart made meal 220 cal. D- rice, ground chicken, zucchini, spinach, onions, peppers 300cal. Snack- whipped yogurt 100cal. 1157 calories! 👌🏼
