Well I'm down a little bit and in taking a break today from walking due to weather. I consumed 900 cal yesterday and I am fasting until dinner which will be Mexican
Plotted out is 700 cal for today and apparently The calculator was wrong last time I checked because I don't do that amount of exercise I guess so instead of 900 calories a day it's closer to 700
Maintaining a <800 Cal a day and drinking close to 72 oz of water. I and back down to 177. I did hike for a good few hours yesterday and did around 5 miles and over 10,000 steps so all in all not too bad.
I am burning more Cal than I am taking in, which is great.
So my plan is to do this in phases:
I will have to decrease my Cal intake next week to the lower 700s for about 3-4 weeks.
Then the middle/lower 600s the next phase and to finish maintaining a lower 600 upper 500 cal the phase after. I used the below listed calculator with my current weight of 177 lbs 5ft 7" at age 22 to loose 40lbs on 3 months with moderate exercise. well it me again I’m back. ive gained back the weight and am 154 lbs again still trying to reach that 120 lbs goal and i think i finally have the motivation to do it my goal is 950 cal a day less is better and i walk about 3.5 mi every morning plus i do misc stuff for my arm fat. today ii had like 848 cal i ate some honey roasted peanuts and some salted cashews plus beef jerky and some protien plus bolthouse stuff. im trying to eat so i can build muscle because my arms are fat and i need to loose sme of the arm fat and one thing that helps so i dont have loose skin to to build muscle and work out. I got myself a smart watch and that was a good investment it tell me exactly how many calories i am burning. I start my period in like 12 days and i think that may be why i am so bloated especially since i did a china slim tea the other day and it didnt help. might also be that I am building muscle and that has weight to it. also smoking pot which always makes me bloated my waist is at 34 inches and I am so close to where I want to be its not even funny. I and drinking water but not sleeping enough bu then again i fry myself to sleep with weed and it does help burn and extra 300+ cal a day but it makes the munchies almost unbearable.
it sucks falling back into ana after a recovery/binge relapse. anywho i fanyone has any recs/tips to loose arm fat send them my way.

Well I'm back and I am disappointed in myself I have gained weight and am now at 153 lbs. I've decided to do a crash diet first and then do some fasting later. Last night I made dinner and had some china slim tea. today I think I will skip dinner. I will have a smoothie of apple, pineapple, spinach, and cucumber for lunch. I had a glass of protein drink for breakfast since I am trying to build arm muscle to get rid of my arm fat. I did 3.5 miles of walking so far today and 6.79 miles yesterday. I'm doing bench dips and modified pushups for my arms and drinking lots of water. Will most likely do 3x15 of each type of workout. So 15 reps 3x a day. I have high protein snacks at low calories for my muscles and am stopping carbs if possible.

Ana tips I learned from wrestling
So my eating disorder came from wrestling at a young age. Like from the age of six i was worrying about my weight and got used to stripping to my underwear and weighing every weekend.
I didn't stay a wrestler for long but my siblings wrestled all through high school and my sister won the USA girls championship. Anyway all this to say here are some tips
When calories are scarce protein is most important! It will keep you full
Snacks are fruits, vegtables and the occasional protein bar
Jump roping is an underrated workout, it burns a lot of calories
Always have water with you no matter what
Weigh every day
If you need to lose weight fast decrease high fat food
Lower sodium intake to decrease water weight and bloating
No fast food

Hello all. It's been a while but I thought I would update y'all on my shit. I've been eating well for my period but once it's over I'm going to try to go back to fasting. I've been walking again weather permitting and am trying to get a treadmill set up so I can do the 12-3-30 everyday in conjunction with walks and also longer walks. Plus that will help with days where it's bad outside. I'm currently at 142 lbs on my period with water weight and smoking pot (which always makes me bloated and gain water weight). After this week I'm going to stop smoking ot for a tolerance break and to lower my weight I want to be at my goal of 120lbs by summer and that's like 22lbs to go as of right now. I know once my period is over and I'm not smoking I should be back in the 130s hopefully plus hopefully by increasing my exercise and fasting I can loose it quickly. I also found a way to start skipping meals(dinner) without anyone noticing. I usually say I ate late or I'm not feeling well etc and it works they usually eat something else. Also for the UTI problem from fasting I figured out if I drink equal parts cranberry, pineapple, and water it helps. It's sugar sure but it does help somewhat.
