Machi Taiyo

She positions herself so that she’s holding herself up with one hand, while the other hand comes out and gives Elsa a playful ‘tsk tsk’.

A challenge? The idea of it has Machi’s eyes shining bright, her pupils practically vibrating with excitement. Without missing a beat she flicks the coin from one hand to another the coin picking up speed the more she moved it back and forth.

Getting a smile out of this man would be hard, BUT she was determined now.

In the Fruits Basket Universe. Machi is the adoptive daughter of a circus owner. Her and her Biological father were taken in by the man when they fell on hard times. The two had been thrown out by her mother (who ran off with another person) Leaving her father with nothing to his name.

Name: Tsubasa Tayio Age: ??? Occupation: Performer.  History: He has traveled the country for a while learning tricks of his own. He’s very good at magic, and juggling. He started traveling with Machi and her Biological father when she was just 5 years old. HE Taught her how to juggle, and how to ride a horse. HE’s also the one that taught her how to stand on a horse while it’s moving.

Even though she is not his biological daughter. He considers her as if she is, and will treat her as such. OFTEN times giving her tasks to challenge her in order to grow. __________________________

Well, a disturbance in Liyue was always easy to catch up with— it didn’t require much more than a skilled ear, able to discern the common sound of commerce from the mumbles that carried an off topic subject.

Indeed, gossip. One could say.

Except that the consultant of the Funeral Parlor rarely agreed to call it that way. He. Wasn’t. Into. Petty. Gossip.

But, why to fight it? In the end, it was what led him straight to where these sayings of a young lady humiliating a group of bandits all by herself, in the surroundings, had been coming from.

He walked past the horses pulling the cart, stood behind her and said. ❝ I can see you’re handling the situation just fine, Miss.

» I am not with them. ❞ A clarification that he probably should have added at the beginning. Then, he asked. ❝ Are you going to be okay? ❞

She hadn’t been paying attention to the people watching as she tormented the poor bandits. Playfully cartwheeling from one to another, causing them to trip over themselves and hit one another.

That clueless look on her face masking just how calculated each of her movements were. Just at the right angle so a simple punch or grab would land in JUST the right place.

By the time someone had stepped up the group was on their knees sobbing and pleading to be left alone.

When she hears the voice she turns, giving the new comer a friendly smile. Both arms draping around two of the bandits who just flinched. Eyes PLEADING for the man to free them from their mistake.

“OH I’M perfectly fine, My friends and I were having a little lesson on friendship!” In an instant she lets go and bounds over to the new face. Her hand sticking out in a pleasing smile. The bandits who had been held up by her quick to fall over heads smacking together. 

“Well HI there Sir huffman!” She’s standing on top of Lotus her bare feet carefully placed on the saddle keeping her balanced on the large draft horse.

The traveling entertainer had happily been sitting in the drivers seat of her cart, leading her horses through the forest path. The sun was shining, and both horses seemed fairly calm. It wouldn’t be long before the reached the next town, and this fact was exciting. The blond enjoyed the thrill of visiting a new place, no matter how many times she had ventured to somewhere new.

However that thrill was robbed as a group of people stepped out in front of the cart stopping it quickly. Arms crossed and glaring at Machi.

“Oh My, haven’t even hit town yet and I already have a crowd. Sorry but if you’re looking for a show you’ll have to wait a bit longer.” she giggles waving to the thieves quick to earning a confused look.

“No lass, We don’t want a show.” One spoke jumping back as Machi gracefully bounced off her spot and landed in front of him.

“OH really? Is this a tax road then?” She smiles up at him with a wide grin. “I looked at the map though there was no mention of a travel tax.” There was a grumble from the man as he went to push Machi back, but by the time he reached she had stepped back. Instead he ended up pushing one of his companions who helplessly fell over.

“OH that’s not very nice sir, Friends shouldn’t PUSH each other over.” She giggles again watching as the groups agitation continued to rise.
