Drift shuffled the captains quarters, it was the middle of the night cycle and Drift looked absolutely exhausted. 

“Could I… come lay with you?” He said after a long moment of silence. “I can’t sleep… nightmares…”

      Right now, apparently. “Who’s lonely?”

“Then why don’t you come down here and get started, tough guy?”

He’s grinning. Lord knows he can’t help teasing at all.

“I’m not gettin’ any younger.”

He narrows his optics and curls back his lip, leaning in a bit.

“But technically I’m not right. Who the hell are you?”

He nudges his hip with one hand, grinning faintly.

“The fun is you getting to have your way with  me for a few hours.”

God, this mech. It was not at all fair that he was this pretty. It was just cheating.

“Maybe the answer’ll be yes if you ask me like a normal mech.”
