- All three hospitals in northern Gaza are now under siege. The head of Al Awda hospital explains that there are hundreds of patients, including infants in incubators, that the staff simply cannot abandon.

- Israel attacked and destroyed the only remaining fire truck in northern Gaza. This attack led the Gaza civil defence to announce halting their operations in north Gaza completely.

- Israel has issued a kill list including 6 of the last remaining journalists in northern Gaza. Despite providing no evidence, these journalists are falsely accused of being members of Hamas/IJ, which makes them targets to assassinations as was the case with 100+ other journalists in Gaza.

- In the middle of the night, Israel has forcibly displaced thousands of families in the north, forcing them to leave their shelters/homes on foot to the south. Many of them have gone missing along the way.

- On top of relentless bombardment and massacres in the north, Israel continues to block food and water from entering north Gaza since the beginning of October. People are besieged and starved and being killed in so many ways.

These are all pieces of the same plan of Israel's complete ethnic cleansing of northern Gaza. We're witnessing it unfold minute by minute.
