I would recognize you in another lifetime entirely, in different bodies, different times. And I would love you in all of this, until the very last star in the sky burnt out into oblivion.

To capture the body of progress in a painting. Not merely an anatomy study. Jayce, charming in his stillness, graciously offering his body to Viktor’s eye. Viktor’s technique is not only structural but has the gentleness he has already fallen for.
