Hellooooo everyone this will be my new pinned post bc my last one is outdated a little :)

My name is Bryson! I’m a 23 year old self shipper who’s been loving fictional characters since I was 13, and I go by any pronouns. My blog is SFW, minus a few suggestive posts, and because of that this blog is 16+ only, so please don’t follow me if you’re under 17!! Just for peace of mind.

Currently my f/o list is all over the place, but my current ones are Tenna and Spamton (Deltarune), Edgar (Electric Dreams), Caine (TADC), and rn I’m playing around with Kaboodle from Gameoverse :) I also have two OC f/os that I’ve mentioned before here, Johnny and Bea.

okay slightly negative(?) post but since there's a big influx of selfshippers from tiktok coming over here on tumblr I have noticed a CRAZY decrease in reblogs in the community. Like buddy you gotta learn about the community. To be apart of it. Not even that actually just learn about the platform you're posting on and WHY that platform works.

You know, I don’t think there’s actually been a time where I’ve actively avoided the fandom of something I like until Gameoverse. That’s not to say I hate Gameoverse, the show itself is the one good thing about my experience with it. But right out the gate, the fandom’s either been full of weird gooners, super unnecessary discourse, or incels targeting me and my friends.

I think that’s why I haven’t been as active with my self ship posting, outside of just busy life stuff. Keeping myself from engaging with fans is kinda hindering my desire to self ship post in any way outside of little tags under reblogs. It’s sad, but for my own mental health I don’t think I can look at the fandom until next episode release, if that ever happens

trans man to trans man, you cannot complain about women as if they're at fault for the transphobia and ignorance we face in the selfship community because they are pretty and at times hyper/feminine. they are not in the wrong for wearing hyperfeminine clothing or being skinny/curvy, news flash women are MORE THAN ALLOWED to look this way, they are MORE THAN ALLOWED to make their s/is look this way.

what drives attention away from trans men in the selfship community is transphobia, the ignorance that others have and their heteronormative beliefs whether its internalized or not, that is real. what is not real is that women are going out of their way to drive attention away from us by being themselves, they are simply having fun and expressing themselves, whether they be feminine or not.

yes what we face in the selfship community sucks, i have experienced it first hand but we must not forget that misogyny is real also, that we must support eachother rather than point fingers when in reality women are not at fault, the pericis men that set all these expectations up and transphobes are.

Maybe I’m just at the peak of my disillusionment but I think im gonna make all my ships queerplatonic or just platonic. I’m sick of romance being the backbone of this fucking society. I’m so fucking tired. I’m tired of my own dreams forcing me to go through such uncomfortable scenarios. Fuck.

Sometimes I surprise even myself by how good I am, but this xmen 97 style self insert looks SO GOOD!! 😍😍😍😍 I wanted to do more but I've had a long day and I'm exhausted so for now you get this!! She's a mutant of course, I'm still working out her backstory, and I'll leave her powers a surprise for now though there is a hint at them in her design!
