Because I am a crazy person, instead of sleeping I decided to level my Summoner up enough to go for the deva set, starting from level 26. By time I finished, she was level 31. It took 60 spins to get the full set, 4 boxes to get the weapon, plus multiples of the costume and earring and quest item. I also got Twinkitty from farming inbetween Deva kills.

UNLIKE ON STAR, MY MAIN, WHO TOOK OVER 100 SPINS AND ALL I GOT WAS TRASH SOUL SHIELD BOXES AND WEAPON BOXES AND DIDNT’GET THE COSTUME UNTIL I PASSED 100 AND I STILL DONT HAVE THE ADORNMENT AND IT TOOK LIKE 10 BOXES TO GET THE WEAPON AND UGHH RIP. Game hates Star I guess. >:C
