The biggest asset that Mozilla has is the ability to allow anyone to call themselves a “Mozillian,” to become part of the process of building a better future.

"When we pull everybody together for common mission, that's when we really succeed."

The Web is that platform ---- for now. Mozilla is dedicated to preserving and enhancing that, but the other vendors are not.

I believe that the Internet is the most important human rights platform that's ever existed. That didn't happen by accident. #Mozilla

How much more rare and important to leadership are those elusive equalities of courage and integrity!

What matters most as a next step is how we react. Mozilla took some hits this week. It's up to all of us to move forward.

"Mozillians are just everyday people. What makes them special is their particular ideas about how to make things happen in the world."

But we’ll figure out how to move on. We will mourn for a time. We will do some soul-searching. And then we will get our hands firmly planted back onto the tiller, tack into the wind, and continue our journey. Because we are Mozilla.
