Changed jobs

So the things i still need to do..

Lose enough weight to qualify for breast reduction surgery.. and contact healthcare about that

Get more exercise and be healthier

Well, I suppose another update is in order, ! got the diagnosis. It's official, I have ADHD.

Thanks to TikTok's algorithm, that kept throwing those videos at me. I realised, it's not just being scatterbrained, lazy, lacking ambition and whatever else I've been told. Those were symptoms, not character flaws.

Whee look an actual update! I am now scheduled for an appointment at neuro-psychiatric clinic for an adhd assessment and possible diagnosis. And the anxiety of not being believed is back. Going to try my damn hardest not to mask any symptoms. And tell them every single embarrassing thing I do to mess up my life.. I need to be honest if they're going to make a correct diagnosis.
