This book written in 1856 called landlord and tenant is amazing. It's huge. I am looking forward to reading to see what's changed and what is still the same.

Private training today with a regular client in Brisbane. Very excited to present the session below which is what the licensee has asked for ‘’What we do for our money?’’ and also “What we don’t do?” It seems we get asked to do more and more and then when we fail or forget owners say ‘’What are we paying you for?”. It would be nice to set it up properly at start of management so everyone knows what the expectations are and what extra services we can charge for.
