dribble drabbles and such

You peeked to your right and found Michael smiling down at you with an expectant glint in his eyes. You shivered, but stayed strong. "Nu-uh. I'm fine."

You didn't need their help, really. All you needed was some time alone, in the fetal position, snuggled in bed. Unfortunately, you live in a cozy little cave infested with five vampires who are hopelessly in love with you. And when they notice that something's wrong, they don't let it go. Ever.

Paul was the one who noticed that something was wrong. He could smell the stress rolling off of you in waves from the beach. Worried, Paul want to get Marko, who went to get Dwayne, who went to get David, who dragged Michael along with him.

Now, David and Michael were caging you in on both sides. Their eyes were so loving, so intense, that you felt a need to hide from them. You tried to crawl further beneath your blankets, but David pulled the sheets from over your face. "No hiding from us," he chastised. "We talked about that."

Your face went red, but you couldn't say anything back. The back of your throat still felt raw from all the gasping you'd done earlier. When your anxiety attacks hit, they hit hard, leaving you unable to properly communicate for hours.

Michael ran a hand through your hair and caressed your temple with his thumb. "Leave Y/N alone, David. Give them some time to breathe."

David smirked, playing with the hem of your shirt. "I don't know, I think Y/N is big enough to use their words."

"They won't talk when they're scared."

"I don't scare Y/N!"

"Yes, you do."

"Not on purpose."

Michael scoffed. "Totally on purpose!" David smiled and couldn't argue with that.

They glared at each other playfully~ as if their little argument was to be resolved later~ and looked back down at you. You began to squirm.

Soon enough, you cleared your throat and sat up. Your voice was hoarse enough to make Michael wince. "I just got anxious at the Boardwalk, that's all."

David hummed. "You freaked out, ran to the bathroom, and collapsed against the wall. Marko had to shake you like a ragdoll to get you to open your eyes." His voice sounded nonchalant, but you could tell by the way his jaw clenched that he was worried.

You swallowed. How the hell were you going to explain this right? "Listen, sometimes, I just... freeze. And then my heart gets really tight, and I can't breathe, and I need a minute."

"Is it dangerous?" Michael asked in a voice softer than usual. He couldn't stop his hand from gently stroking your hair, subconsciously trying to soothe you. "Does it hurt? We can try to fix it, right David? We could make it better."

You gave him a small smile. "I'm okay, guys. I just think that maybe the Boardwalk isn't a great place for me."

"What started it? All the little kids screaming? We can kill them for you."

You shook your head. "No, but... there's so many people there, and every time we go, I lose you guys in the crowd."

There was a short moment of silence, then. Michael looked at David, who quirked his brow in suspicion. "Y/N, this is the third time that this has happened."

"Yup."

"All three times happened at the boardwalk."

"Mhm."

Y/N... do you get panic attacks when you can't find us?"

Again, you found yourself squirming a little, but it was time to be brave. "Mhm. One second, I'm trying to keep up with you, and the next second you're all just gone. People are shoving me, and someone hits me with a stroller, and I just get... scared. It's so stupid."

Michael cupped for face with one hand and forced you to look at his bright blue eyes. "You're not stupid. You just get anxious, sometimes. There's nothing wrong with that. My brother gets all worked up sometimes. He could give you advice. "

For once, David had to agree with Michael. He gave a long sigh in mock frustration and kissed your forehead. "Our poor poor Y/N," he mocked. "How ever will they survive on their own? They need us so bad, Michael."

For days, you push their hands away when they try to comfort you. You dodge their worrying gazes and duck away when they try to coax you into talking.

Finally, David- objectively the best at getting you to talk- corners you. He's a little bit cruel, I'll be honest. He basically overwhelms you until you start crying and letting everything out in a messy string of words.

Before you realize it, he's holding you up, pressing you into his shirt. He's sushing you, praising you softly for how good you are- how proud he is of you for simply existing. "There's my Y/N," he says "There you are. It's okay, baby, we'll make it better. Don't ever hide from us, we'll fix this for you."

Next, they take care of you. A lot.

They call Michael over in an attempt to lift your spirits. Usually, he's not a huge fan of the cave, but that lovesick puppydog would do just about anything for you.

Dwayne brushes your hair and changes your clothes. He hums while he does it, soothing your worries and fears. He also keeps track of your sleep schedule and eating habits.

Marko makes you laugh. He'll do anything to make your beautiful smile come back. Anything.

Paul shows you how to distract yourself when you get anxious. He picks up your hand and kisses each of your fingers. "Look, when you get upset, just count em. One, two, three, four, five." *kiss, kiss, kiss, kiss, kiss*

Michael takes you outside and regularly sneaks you funnel cake. He takes you stargazing on the beach and makes you forget the weight of your life. "How could you be upset when you're with me and my award-winning smile?" he laughs.

If it gets really bad, they'll start getting... dark.

They'll stop leaving you alone. They're scared that you might hurt yourself, or stop eating, or something worse.

They will actually try to eliminate the things that make you sad. Heaven help the poor soul who triggeres your anxiety, purposefully or not.

You try to explain that sometimes depressive episodes just happen without a clear cause, but they're convinced that revenge is the best way to go about things.

At one point, David gently shakes you awake, whispering sweet nothings into your ear. While you're only half-awake, and Michael is sleeping next to you with an arm thrown over your middle. David uncaringly pulls your shirt down and nuzzles into your neck.

"I could bite you if you wanted," he whispers. You scrunch up your face in confusion, but he just smiles against your shoulder. "I've been thinking, sweetheart. A lot of Michael's problems just sailed away when we turned him. Me and the other boys don't have too many problems. Maybe being human is what's got you so low?"

You stay silent for a long time, turning his words over in your mind. Eventually, he just rubs your head and pulls a blanket further over you. "Just think about it, baby. All you'd have to do is drink from me and take a little lovebite to the shoulder. Wouldn't even hurt." He kisses you and leaves you to rest.

You can't read his expression. He looks strained, confused, and serious with a subtle bubbling anger hiding beneath a pale mask. You try to distract him, but his firey gaze peices through you.

"David, baby-"

"No. What happened?"

"Nothing! I- it's nothing. Just an accident."

He pinches the arch of his brow with his free hand, disbelieving and struggling to keep it together. "You didn't do this to yourself by accident, y/n."

You bite your lower lip. "I might have."

Outside, rain is beating down your door. There is thunder rolling off the sea, dark clouds blocking any moonlight. David had come by unexpectedly to take you out for the night, and because you weren't prepared for company, he easily spotted the thin marks running up and down your bare arms.

He's not mad at you- but it looks like he is. In reality, he's mad at himself. He should've caught it earlier; smelled the blood or something.

"Let's go. You're coming home."

That's all he says as he drags you to the door. Don't try to fight him, y/n. He loves you too much to hurt you like everyone else, but he'll do whatever he has to do.

The other boys perk up when they catch your scent. At first, they're loud and excited to see you, but David's mood and your shyness quickly alerts them that something is wrong. You try to hide your arms behind you, but when Marko comes to inspect your odd behavior, he catches it in seconds. Marko is loud mouthed by nature and can't be subtle for his life, so in about 11 seconds, everyone is crowding around you. They pull you down onto the couch and almost overwhelm you with noise.

They're not always good at knowing what to say. They're a pack of boys who do whatever they want whenever they want, so they're not well versed in the ways of sensitivity. Still, you know that they mean well.

Dwayne wipes any tears from your eyes, peppering your face with slow kisses. He looks at you knowingly, as if in hindsight, he saw this coming. He knows that it's not your fault for feeling bad on the inside. He's been through rough patches too, where he even thought about doing something stupid, but he always had the others to fall back on. He only regrets that you didn't come talk to him, instead of hurting your perfect body like this. He makes you comfortable, squeezes you tight, and won't let you go.

Paul literally whimpers in empathetic agony, tucking his head beneath your chin and running his palms up and down your arms. It feels like he's trying to warm you up, keep the cold from ever touching you again. Here and there he asks questions. "Do they still hurt? How long have you been doing this? Who made you feel this bad? How many are there?" If you try to move, he makes this pitiful cry like a kitten and follows your body.

Marko is the one left bombarding you with words- aggressive but kind. There's the typical stuff like "Never do this again" and "Promise to take care of yourself." And then there's the weird stuff, like "I'm going to pin you on the floor and sit on you if you don't stop." Don't test him, y/n, he'll do it.

David is... oddly quiet. He strokes your hair while the others get their fill of cuddles and reassurances. Eventually, when they're satisfied, they'll fall asleep around you as the sun rises. You stay dimly awake, though, and so does David. You ask him if you can go home, but he just gives you a signature smile.

"Why wiuld you wanna go there, baby? There's no one there to keep you safe, or take care of you, or make sure that you don't- don't damage what belongs to me." He tilts your chin up with a gentle but firm grip. As you look into his eyes, you see something calculating and honest. "There's no one there for you. No one protects you. No one wants you."

"But my family will-"

"They let you hurt yourself, baby. They live with you, and they didn't even notice. They don't want you. We do, yeah? We deserve you more than them. You're staying home, where I can keep an eye on you. If you don't like it, then learn how to behave."

Nicknames! Paul likes to call you silly things like Peach, and Baby when he's really in love with you. David uses Sweetheart and, just to poke fun at you, Dollface. Dwayne has said Pumpkin more than once, and Marko loves calling you Honey just to butter you up.

Humans are already fragile, Y/N. And you're so soft and defenseless! They have you treat you extra careful. You're just so little and handsome, they need to take care of you! Prepare for hyper-protective boys surrounding you All The Time.

As I've said before, Marko likes to get you things. The second you shyly mention that you like stuffies, he's rushing around to "collect" them for you. Just don't try to return them. He didn't exactly pay for them.

If anyone makes fun of you with them around, instant death. They are not afraid to murder in public.

If you get genuinely upset about it, they will dote on you for hours. You can have whatever you want- cuddles, cookies, kisses, you name it. Don't be upset, y/n, they're just jealous.

They're probably like 100 years old, they don't understand gender roles that well. When you're immortal, social things like that kinda melt away. They don't mind that you're a guy who likes soft things. When you admit that you're self conscious about it, it confuses them.

They love the fact that they can just pick you up without any effort. On top of their vampire strength, you're also small. The difficult part is trying to convince them that you can walk by yourself.

Because you're shy, David orders for you and shops for you. He's the "excuse me, he asked for no pickles" guy.

You'd known Paul ever since you moved to Santa Carla. Because the town got spooky at night, you elected to stay safely indoors once the sun set. Maybe you were a little paranoid, but Santa Carla nights were like Halloween come to life. People yelled creepy things from cars like it was an inside joke. Bonfires on the beach looked like witch's offerings to the sea. The shadows had spirits in them and dogs barked angrily around every corner. No Thank You.

Unfortunately, your curiosity inevitably dragged you out to a midnight concert, where a wild-haired blonde bumped into you and made your acquaintance. You and Paul were fast friends, especially after he promised that nothing secretly strange was going on. He'd just laugh your worries off. "Big tough guy like you, scared of ghosts? I never would've guessed."

There's just one problem, though: Paul is a liar.

Constantly, Paul was trying to lure you somewhere. He'd give your blue jeans a compliment and then attempt tirelessly to get you on his bike. "You'll like my friends," he'd promise. "My boys would go insane over you. They'd just eat you up. C'mon, don't be shy, y/n, don't you trust me?" And you wanted to. He seemed so sweet and honest, you wanted to follow him anywhere.

But there was something wolfish about him. From his unkempt mane to his excited eyes and pearly white canines that shined when he laughed, he was off. He just appeared out of nowhere, like a banshee, and made jokes about the night that made your spine shivver. So you never followed him into the dark or around the corner. You'd seen too many horror movies for that shit to play out.

But God, tonight, you should have listened to your instinct. Paul had come soundlessly to your door, begging for you to come outside. You did. You came to the street to check out his new bike. He revved the engine and made it purr beneath your touch. You had a weak spot for that kind of stuff.

But then, Paul was leaning against your shoulder. His heat pressed against you, warding off the chill of the night. From behind, he wrapped his arms over your's, guidung your hands and ghosting his gmfingers over your's. He was always friendly with you, in more ways than one.

But then, a piece of his sleeve poked out from beneath his dark jacket. It was stained a fresh, wet crimson from his palm to his wrist. You paled. "What's that?"

"Hm? What's- oh. Oh."

"Paul?"

"I can explain," He laughed, but that only showed his teeth. They were long, sharp, and something dark red had completely stained his tongue.

When you moved back, you saw that he'd left a dark red mark on your hand. When you brought it close to your face, you could smell the blood.

Nope. Nope. You began to back away, and Gods above, you had nearly reached the door.

But a vampire's prey never gets away that easily. You should really know that by now.

The three stray bike engines in the distance got closer. You got unlucky. Shit happens.

When you woke up, the air was cool and murky. A low, unwilling sound came from deep in your chest as you tried to sit upright. Your head was pounding like a drum.

Forcing your eyes open, you saw flickering candles lighting up wide, cavernous walls. When you tried to move, you found your wrists and ankles bound tightly by old leather belts. Your whole head felt numb, and a pit of fear started to well in your stomach.

Your neck felt stiff and stung a little. With a groan, you took in your surroundings. It looked like a cave, dressed up and furnished with blankets, curtains, and old dusty furniture. There were different alcoves and ledges which could have been seperate rooms. When your groggy legs shifted, sand and dirt made scuffy impressions on the floor. You could barely focus on anything.

"Hey, Pauly! Your boyfriend's awake!"

You flinched at the voice, hearing footsteps behind you. Suddenly, there were hands dragging you across the floor. You tried to shout and kick at the dust, but every little burst of energy quickly dissapated. You felt drained of any energy. Your captors turned you over onto your back, and someone's knee was planted against your chest.

You coughed and wheezed. "Ow, Jesus christ..."

Whoever was on top of you laughed. "Sorry, sweetheart. Jesus is out of the building. You'll have to do with us for now."

You blinked rapidly, watter welling in your eyes. You made out a blonde guy roughly your age, wearing bright colors and a brighter smile. Next to him was another boy with long dark hair and a focused deviance about him. He had a large hand firmly splayed across your chest. When you tried to move, claws- actual claws!- extended from his fingertips and poked at your skin. You couldn't help but whimper.

So these guys were monsters. Fucking monsters! You knew it! They probably wanted to eat you, or steal your bones, or turn you into one of them. Holy shit.

Any semblance of dignity you had was going out the window when the adrenaline started to force tears out of your eyes. This was your worst possible nightmare since childhood. And you were helpless.

"Hey, hey, go easy on him! He's fragile." You heard Paul's voice and craned your neck to find him. He was at your side, rubbing your arm up and down in an effort to calm your nerves. "Hey, y/n! How're you feeling?"

Your mouth was hanging open stupidly. You looked like you were about to pass out. "What the fuck is going on?" You whispered hoarsly. Paul's face looked a little guilty, but not by much.

"I'm sorry you had to find out like this, honey."

"Find out fucking what? What are you gonna do to me?"

"Nothing, nothing! It's just..." his eyes flashed a deep, golden yellow. "Your neck, love." His fingers slowly moved from your shoulder to your exposed collarbone. The shirt there had been ripped away, probably in your sleep. Suddenly, his thumb brushed against an open wound you hadn't realized existed there. You ghasped and tried to jerk away from his touch. It didn't actually hurt at all. It just felt... sensitive and exposed in an odd, open away. You shivered as he pressed against it. His hand came away with your blood. He thoughtlessly licked it up with a long, winding tongue. "It's beautiful. You're so beautiful!" He laughed.

Oh god. Deranged vampires. Why did it have to be vampires?

The three kneeling above you gave you hungry looks with bright, orange eyes. The sound of your shaking breath echoed against the walls. "S-So you're... you're monsters?"

Dwayne grinned. "That's right, sweetheart. Look at how smart you are."

"A-and you're... you're gonna... I think I'm gonna puke."

Marko grabbed your jaw with lighting speed and turned your head to face him. You tried to look away while his face morphed into something horrifyingly inhuman, but every time you closed your eyes, Dwayne's prodding claws came back as a warning.

You realized that they were cackling. They thought it was funny, how afraid you were of them; how much fear punched through your body and made you shake against the floor. After a while, they couldn't control themselves. They began to yank at your shirt. Dwayne used his palm to shove your chin up towards the sky. Their hot breath burned at your bare neck, their warm noses nudging against your skin. Before long, you felt fangs catching across your jugular. They were going to bite you! Had they already? Fuck, you were so screwed, you thought you were going to scream. You couldn't calm your breathing

A low, warning voice echoed from the mouth of the cave. "Boys. We talked about this."

The vampires froze. Nervousness flashed across their faces. At a snail's pace, they drew away from you. What on earth could make three hungry vampires scared enough to back away from a meal?

With tears rolling down your cheeks, you nearly broke your neck to see the figure stalking in through the tunnel. Dressed in all black, David drifted in like mist on the tide. Your heart soured. You'd seen him before, at a distance. Everyone talked about how spooky he was- how his "friends" always went missing. Now, you would surely be one of them.

When he got close enough, he batted Paul, Marko, and Dwayne away with gloved hands. "I told all three of you to wait for me."

"You were taking hours! Nd he was so fun to play with-"

"Marko, dont make me kick you out during sunrise."

Marko whined and backed into Dwayne. The three of them watched with interest from behind a beaten couch. David looked down at you and sighed. "Oh, poor y/n. At least you're still handsome. I would've killed them for messing up that pretty face of yours."

Something about his gaze seemed so preditory and intentful, you tried to squirm away from it. He chuckled with a smirk. Your fear delighted him. He grabbed your shoulders with inhuman strength and forced you to stand. When your legs buckled under you, he sat you down on a cracked chair. He sat across from you, taking his time to study you fully. "Paul's told us a lot about you, y/n. Lucky for him, you don't disappoint."

You swallowed. "I-I just wanna go home."

"Why were you crying? Did you get scared?"

He was talking to you like you were a child. You should've been offended or angry, but the gentleness eased the pounding in your head. He cooed softly with dark amusement. "You don't need to be scared. You'll ether be dead soon, or we'll decide to keep you. No use in worrying about it in the meantime."

You shuddered and looked away. He was manipulating you. Playing with you. You were usually a pretty stubborn guy, but something about his tone broke your walls.

"Feeling light headed?"

You nodded shyly. He found an old bottle of water and opened it for you. He stood and grabbed the back of your neck. He titled your head back as if you were being baptized and slowly let you drink. The water soothed your tight throat and cleared some of the fog from your head. You were melting into his hands. Your fear didn't paralyze you anymore- it only made you limp. When he felt you relaxing, he grabbed the belt binding your wrists and pulled you into a curtained ledge. Behind it was a small hideaway with a dip in the middle of the ground. He forced you to your knees and eventually pinned you on your side.

His palm felt experimentally at your neck. "They bite you?"

You nodded. He rolled his eyes. "Those pieces of shit never wait for me. I love them, but christ. If you want something done right, you've gotta do it yourself. I should've never used Paul to lure you. He's so... him." As he talked, David unclipped his gloves and pulled his hands free. He shook off his jacket and wrapped it around you. "But don't worry about that, y/n. Just focus on me. This isn't gonna hurt."

His hands then held your shoulder and jaw far apart. He dipped his mouth down, searching for the soft spot where your pulse was the loudest. He felt your veins pulse beneath his tongue, humming as he savored the feeling. Then, as slowly as he possibly could, he plunged his fangs into your neck.

Usually, David tore people apart to get his meal. You wouldn't be able to recognize them when he was done. But you were a toy, and he had to play with you nicely to make the fun last.

He was right. It didn't hurt. It felt like a shallow wave, dragging and falling and pulling back. Washing away the emotions, the anxiety, the horror. The sounds of him savoring you were like musings of praise. You couldn't tell if it was lasting three minutes or three hours. When David was done, you felt lightheaded, but all togeather unharmed. You tried to speak, but it came out as I coherent mumbles. The feeling of belonging to him washed over you and made you go limp. You felt him take the belt bindings off, thumbs rubbing at the sore skin.

"If you try to run away, we'll find you. Got that?"

"Mmhm."

"You hungry?"

"I... I don't know."

He laughed. You really couldn't think at all. He wrapped his jacket tighter around you. "Just for the record, we dont have to hurt you, yn. You're just food, that's all. And food has to behave."

Then he left you to sleep. David could tell himself that as much as he wanted, but lord knows it wasn't true. He didn't go through the trouble of setting you up with Paul just to eat you. He didn't wait for weeks, kidnap you, and store you safely away just to make you a meal.

He does the most stupid shit just to see you smile. If you start laughing he just stares at you with heart eyes until you go "what?" and he plays dumb like "Oh, nothing."

He comes home from jobs and collapses into your lap. You like petting his hair like the golden retriever he is.

He 100% introduces you to his handler (who has mimosas with you every sunday).

Yes, he's told his therapist Barry about you. Barry believes that you're a very positive influence in his life. Gold star approved.

Tangerine 🍊

Gives you his necklace every time he leaves for a job. "It looks better on you anyway, butterfly. Keep it close for me, yeah? That better not leave your chest."

He calls you at the most ungodly hours of the night, random times in the day, and early in the morning. He doesn't like to go a full 24 hours without hearing your voice, even if you're just babbling about nothing.

You look good to him no matter what you're wearing. Is that an oversized hello kitty t-shirt with pizza sauce from 2001 and a random water stain? Gorgeous, darling, absolutely stunning.

Lemon 🚂

Gives you the Edward train sticker cause you're sweet, caring, and just as hard working as Thomas.

Watches movies with you and cries when it gets sad. I mean, full on heatwrenching sobs during Saving Private Ryan. You'll have to watch a Barbie movie after to lift his spirits.

Takes you out to comfy cafés and cozy little restaurants when you've had a long week. Always tells you funny stories about Tan to make you laugh.

Compliments you at the most random times. Sometimes he just goes "You're so smart, love" and then walks away with no context.

Yuichi 🥃

This man is an absolute wreck. There is not a single frame of him in this entire film where he seems put together. You'll have to either match his energy or learn to take care of him.

Family is everything to him. If you get hurt, emotionally or physically, he's sniping someone from the rooftop.

When he complements you, he gives you a soft smile and says something poetic in Japanese.

He falls asleep if you give him too much attention. Wash his hair, message his muscles, or cuddle with him and he passes out in seconds.

Presses long kisses into your temple. Just makes sense.

Prince 💀

You're 100% like a pet to her. You're not sure if she's just using you or genuinely finds your company amusing.

She constantly flips between "Don't fucking touch me" and "hold my hand until I say you can stop."

Buys you stuff all the time, especially clothes that match her's. Most of it has "Property of Prince" sewn into it. All of the jewelry she gets you have her initials engraved. She likes everyone to know who you belong to.

This bitch is evil but she makes sure you're taken care of. If she finds out you're having trouble eating, harming yourself, or being self-destructive, she'll actually chain you up until you agree to take care of yourself.

"We just wanna take care of you."

You laughed. "Fuckin why?" The taste of copper leaked into your mouth. The blood running from your nose was warm against the midnight breeze. "Why the hell would anyone wanna take care of me- let alone Billy Baddass and his local crew of misfits?"

David's smirk twitched at your teasing. He cocked his head and gave you a look. The look. The one that said 'I don't think I want to eat you, anymore.' Few had received it. Consider yourself lucky.

The old railway bridge was dark and lonely. Paul, Marko, and Dwayne had already plunged off the edge and disappeared into the fog. It didn't startle you anymore- you'd seen them pull the same stunt twice. It was just you and David.

He sighed, both amused and frustrated. With his hands burried in his black coat pockets, he stalked towards you. "I like you, Y/N. You're rowdy, dangerous, idiotic, hard to break. You're just like us. Hell, look at you. Look at how beautiful you are." He raised a hand to touch the blood on your chin before licking it crudely off his fingers. "You didn't tell me how that happened, by the way."

"Ran into a wall."

"You're not the clumsy type."

"Got in a fight."

"As much as I'm inclined to believe that, you always win your fights. This looks like you lost."

You grit your jaw and fell into a stifled silence. You let David turn your chin and inspect the bruise on your cheekbone. He clicked his tongue. "At least you're still halfway handsom," he muttered. You growled.

"Whatever. It'll heal." You began to pull away, but suddenly David's grip on your jaw was iron. It almost hurt. Almost.

"I like to know when someone breaks my things," he cooed.

"Get the fuck off me, David."

"Someone broke you, now give me a name."

"Fuck you!" You shoved him off, completely forgetting that his vampire strength could tear you to literal shreds. But he let you get away with it. He watched you stomp off, eyeing you carefully. There was something that kept him standing there for a long time.

There was this scent on your clothes that wasn't supposed to be there. It was a mix of tears and sweat and shame. He wanted it gone, but before he could do much, you were out of view.

Carnival rides and children screaming. What else could sooth you after a long, hard day?

"Enjoying yourself, hot head?" Paul elbowed your side as you leaned against the boardwalk railing. It was Fright Night Fest for Halloween, costumes and props allowed.

You thumbed the stack of ride tickets in your palm. "Keep your hands to yourself, Pauly."

He pouted. "I thought you liked me?"

"I do. That's why I let the elbow slide. Do it again and you'll be drinking your own blood for the rest of the night."

"Your vampire jokes are getting better."

"Yeah? I've been practicing."

Marko ran by and hid behind your broad shoulders with a wild laugh. A few second later, Dwayne showed up and started to chase him. The noise was loud. The funnel cake smelled good. Everything was alright.

Then you absently checked your watch. Your breath caught. "Shit. I gotta go, boys."

Marko stopped running from Dwayne to look at you. "Woah, already? It's only like 7 pm."

Paul tugged on your sleeve. "You promised to ride the cyclone with me, dude. And you never do the rides."

You just grimmaced. Of course you wanted to stay, but they just couldn't understand. "Don't fuckin whine to me. I gotta go."

You turned to dash away, but yet again, David's grip came out of no where to hold you in place. A bolt of heated anger flashed up your back and through your chest, but you let it go when you felt his cool fingers slot into your hair. He stared at you with something deep in his eyes. "Where you going, daredevil?"

You exhaled sharply. You didn't have time for this. "Got places to be."

"You promised Paul you'd go on the cyclone."

You chuckled. "That's baby shit. Cyclone isn't even scary. Seriously, I need to-"

"Why don't you tell the boys about what happenedast night?" Your blood went cold. David saw it on your face and turned to the others. "You guys didn't hear about what happened to Y/N last night? Christ, it was brutal."

The boys stared at the two of you with tunnel vision. Dwayne crossed his arms with furrowed brows. "No, what happened?"

You were paralyzed. David kept going. "I ran into Y/N here out on the road. Must've been 3 AM. His ear was bleeding, ribs all busted. You were limping too, weren't you?" He looked right in your eyes. You shied away, glaring instead at the ground.

Marko wore a frown you'd never need him have before. "What happened? Did someone- who did that to you, Y/N, we'll get em."

David faked a laugh. "Oh, but that's the funniest part, Marko. Pretty boy, here, wouldn't tell me what happened. Just asked me to drive him somewhere. Cause you didn't wanna go home, remember, Y/N?"

He wouldn't stop looking at you, but his gaze softened into something serious. You didn't like serious David- it felt too sincere. Too caring instead of snarky and mean.

Suddenly, you couldn't hear the boardwalk. You couldn't smell the ocean. Your watch felt like it was burning your skin.

You tried to think of a way out, but Dwayne was already slinging an arm over your neck. He moved you with the others, boots hitting the wooden steps. He released you to get on his motorcycle and wordlessly made room for you. You just stood there, stupidly. "I really have to go," you muttered weakly.

He shook his head. "Come with us."

"I don't... my- my dad."

Dwayne shook his head like he understood. "C'mon, cowboy. You've got time."

You bit deep into your lower lip. "I don't need... this. Whatever this invitation is. I don't need it."

But you got on anyway.

The cave was safe; closed in and cool, no people to piss you off, just your boys around you. They knew you could relax here and pretend nothing outside existed.

As soon as you sat down, Marko was pressing into your side. He was clingy when he sensed something was wrong. It annoyed you most nights, but you put up with it for now. You even pressed your forehead silently into his, making him giggle in his wild way.

"You wanna talk to us, Y/N?" David asked.

You shifted with discomfort. Your eyes wouldn't meet his. "There's nothing to talk to about."

"Bullshit."

Of course there was stuff to talk about. You were an only child in a household on fire. Your parents hated each other and seemed to hate you even more. Your dad was an asshole shoving you into counter tops and putting his boot on your neck. Your mom judged and criticized every little idea you'd ever had. Both if them wanted you out of the house while still expecting you to wait on their beck and call.

The worst part of it was that for a while, it wasn't like that. When you were six or seven, things seemed alright. Your parents only argued when you weren't around, and you were cute enough to escape any of their wrath. But things change, and apparently somehow it was your fault.

But that didn't matter. You were fine. You didn't need anybody to save you. This wasn't some sad charity case. You would be okay. With some pushy prompting, the boys got you to explain at least some of it.

When mom fights with dad, dad fights with you, and you end up walking aimlessly around the neighborhood with a twisted ankle. Then some punk pisses you off, and you get into a brawl that you nearly always win. It was a system. It worked.

You rattled off examples like they weren't anything, but they could sense the rage building in your chest. Eventually, you ran out of steam and sat there trying to shrug it off. "It's not like it's a big deal or anything. I'm used to it by now. Doesn't bother me."

Marko just about exploded. "Yeah, but it bothers us! That's fucked up!"

"Just let it go."

"Nah fuck that! Paul, get on the motorcycle, we're killing these bastards-"

David punched him in the shoulder. "Later. Not now."

You gulped. "Later?"

David shushed you, taking off his coat and getting comfortable. He moved to take yours off too, and suddenly you knew that he wasn't letting you go. It didn't matter how much you pleaded that your parents would kill you for being late. Nothing mattered anymore.

For the first time in your life, you didn't tense up or think about retaliating. You relaxed and let them touch you. Marko was still pressed up against your side. Paul got comfy by your legs and Dwayne had shifted to hold your chest from behind. David left for a moment and returned with a funny looking bottle.

He pressed it into your hands. "Drink up. This'll make you feel better."

"Not a fan of booze. My dad lives on the stuff."

David smirked. "It's not booze. Drink up."

"It smells funny."

"You're tough. You'll live."

They stared at you excitedly, and that sent a shiver down your spine. With more than a little suspicion, you took a timid sip. You licked your lips. Warm. Sweet. Good.

You drank more down until a hand pulled the bottle away and replaced the empty space with a kiss. You grinned against David. "You're our's now," he muttered. "Right where you belong."

"Oh fuck you, you don't own me."

You stood up on your tipy toes and pressed a kiss into Billy's jaw. He hummed, tangling his large hands in your hair. Just as you began to pull away, he turned his head to catch your lips. You giggled against him until he let you go. "Careful with the rope, baby. We're out of bandaids."

With that, you shuffled to the back of the basement. Billy was still washing blood off his hands at the rusty sink, and his newest captive was still asleep. You sat down on the floor close to him and felt a pang of guilt. He was so pretty- curly hair draped over his shoulders, funny tattoos and silver rings. For a moment, he smiled wide in his sleep. He reminded you of Steve.

You'd never met Eddie Munson before, but you very quickely liked him.

You peeled the tape and rope off his wrists as gently as you could. Billy eventually lumbered over to join you, red blood stains drying brown on his jeans. He winded a strong arm possessively around your shoulders. You glanced up at him with wide eyes. "What did he do?"

Billy grinned down at you. "You don't need to know."

"Wh- nah, c'mon, I'm curious now."

He chuckled. "Fucker didn't know how to mind his business. You know how we feel about that."

"So, he knows?"

"Yeah, he knows. Blame pretty boy for being clumsy."

At that moment, your captive began to gasp and sputter. Billy instinctively pulled you back a safe distance as you watched Eddie turn over and cough. Slowly, he blinked open his dark eyes and looked around. You saw realization punch him in the face just before Billy pressed a boot into his chest. His eyes were like fire, his voice low and certain.

"Scream for help, and you die." He motioned to you. "Talk to them, and you die. Try to run, and you lose both your legs. Understand, sunshine?"

Eddie swallowed and nodded silently. His eyes flickered to you and stayed on you for a while. You suddenly felt worse than before. "Oh, Billy, we don't have to be so mean," you pleaded. With slow movements, you shuffled closer. He let you move the hair out of his frightened face. "Look, you're scaring him."

The sound of feet hitting the stairs announced Steve's arrival. He'd just gotten out of the shower, never tolerating bloodstains on his skin. It was ironic how soft his sweater and jeans looked compared to the horrible ambiance of the situation.

He and Eddie locked eyes with recondition. Steve gave one of his sweetest smiles. "Morning, Munson. How's your head feelin?"

"Steve what the fuck!" he rasped. "This is some twisted shit, what the- ow ow ow-"

Billy had pressed his heel back into Eddie's stomach. "The fuck did I say about screaming?"

Eddie whimpered a little. He stayed on his back when Billy walked away, cringing hard. The night before, he'd had the wind knocked out of him by a) a metal bat and b) like half a liter of nyquil. His chest burned and his eyes watered. Remind him to never take a mysterious drink from a "friend" ever again.

When he felt your touch, he jolted away. But then he studied your face for three seconds and though "what the hell. this person hasnt tried to stab me yet." Despite his fear, he let you gather him up and rub his chest. "Bill's an asshole sometimes," you whispered into his ear. Somehow, he found the energy to smile.

"Yeah, I got that. Hey, aren't you Harrington's partner? Wow, you're prettier in person. Please get me the hell out of here."

You laughed. "Aw, can we keep him, boys? Please? I like him."

Steve frowned. "Babe, I like him too, but he knows."

"And?"

"We can't keep someone that knows."

"But I know!"

"You're special."

"He could be special~"

"Y/N!"

Billy went to stand by Steve, arms crossed and jaw tightened. They watched you try to calm Eddie down. "I don't know if you know this, but they're psycho murderers!" Eddie whispered to you. "Like, the real deal!"

You nodded patiently. "I know."

"And you- Are you one of them?"

"Depends. If Stevie pisses me off, I pretend I'm going to divorce them."

"You're married to these idiots?!"

The two of you went back and forth for a surprisingly long time. All the while, Billy and Steve watched you. Billy grabbed and Steve's sweater. "What do you know about this asshole?"

"Hm? Oh, he's just the psycho metal goth that lives in an rv and plays Dungeons with Dustin. Suprisingly good with kids."

"Suprisingly good with Y/N," Billy admitted.

Steve hummed and they thought (with both braincells) for a long time. Then, after a bit, Steve shrugged. "What the hell, we can keep him for a few days. I don't wanna make Y/N cry."

Billy nodded. "They will actually divorce us, you know."

"Wait, we're married?"

"Oh my god, Harrington-"

He drags you out of your hiding spot and presses his body weight onto you until you learn to submit.

Resisting is literally futile, y/n. If you put up a fight, he'll bite you nice and deep through your shoulder. Once he hears your cries and whimpers, he'll be satisfied.

"There it is, good little bunny. Let's get you home so I can claim you, sweetheart."

He collects you in his arms and takes you somewhere more comfortable to play with you. RIP baby. RIP.

Teeth teeth teeth, bites bites bites.

He likes ranking his fangs over you, leaving thin little marks that'll dissappear by morning. It gives him a nice sense of ownership, and reminds you just how helpless you are.

"Oh my god, you're beautiful like this. Fucking gorgeous, doll. I'm so lucky I get to use you."

David has a thing for your scent. It drives him wild and he wants to spread it all over his bedsheets in the roughest, dirtiest way possible

King of aftercare, I am convinced. Nice long bath and some wonderful cuddles while he plays with your hair.

When he catches you during hide and seek, he immediately tries to calm you down.

He nearly smothers you and shushes your cries, rubbing his scent all over your clothes.

He growls in a playful way, nuzzling his face into your's and grabbing your thighs. He hoists you up and takes you back to his den, rubbing your back lovingly.

He praises you for hiding so well and running for so long. "You did great, kitten, but you know you can't hide from me, right? I'll always find you, baby."

While he likes being preditor, he'll also be prey here and there. Paul is switchy like that and enjoys when you get rough.

Literally not a shocker at all, but Marko is a little shit. If he finds you first, he'll help you hide from the others for hours.

He likes wrestling with you. His mouth'll get nippy and leave tiny bite marks here and there.
