#ladybug x reader

Surely you wouldn't mind a visitor. He was Chat Noir after all, beloved feline hero of all Parisians. Who wouldn't want him visiting? It wasn't uncommon for him to linger around certain houses, and more so bakeries with leftover croissants and pain au chocolats. Adjusting his staff between the maroon bricks, the blonde launched himself upwards, using the momentum of his staff to swing himself forwards in the direction of your home. Just passing the Dupain-Cheng's bakery, Adrien found himself just steps away from your brick clad house. Rising to two levels, the small building was held up by maroon bricks and umber trimmings. Your garden was minimal, a few potted plants thanks to your mother and a small figure of a snail hidden just beneath a large leaf thanks to yourself. Messy and clearly hand made with the sweetest heart and shaky fingers, it was easy to spot out that you had made it. Your mother had a steady hand, and your father wouldn't have bothered with such frivolous things; but you just could never help yourself when it came to adding a touch of light in your empty space. Warmth greeted him, seeping from the orange lights of the kitchen where your dad stood. He helplessly scrubbed dishes in hopes to figure out a more sustainable lifestyle for his daughter, barely noticing the distance protruding between them, ever-growing. His love was strong, but his ignorance stronger. 

A blue hue emitted from a second-floor window, cracked open just enough for the soft hum of a miniature heater to filter through his sensitive ears. That figurative warmth turned literal as Adrien used his staff to raise him just past the first floor, ears flickering at the subtle hum. He almost gave himself away, losing his balance momentarily before correcting himself. Leather gloved hands caught himself on the cold bricks, a slight wince of pain flashing across his dark features before he finally decided to knock on the ajar window. Adrien didn't want to startle you, but that would be much better than suffering in the cool of the dark night. 

Your head immediately lurched, vision blurry and ears ringing at the sudden movement. How stupid could you truly be. This flare up had gone from an overwhelming shakiness to a struggle with just sitting up. Vomit creeped up your throat, bile settling momentarily as you steadied yourself. Cece, who was previously sleeping on the pillow beside you had drifted behind your desk, hiding from the stranger in the window. At first, you believed it might be an akuma, clutching your necklace as a way to self-regulate while also protecting your miraculous. Yet, at the sight of black ears and chartreuse eyes you sighed, the tightness in your shoulders relaxing the slightest bit as you struggled to stand. Adrien observed your state, clearly much worse than you were earlier. You must have been good at hiding your symptoms if this is how you were behind closed doors.

You were sluggish walking to the window, that limp still prominent with every step you took. Gripping the small golden clasp of the window, you gently pushed the glass outwards. Black ears flickered at each noise, a small trait that you had yet to pick up in your short time fighting beside the cat. It forced a small chuff past your lips, a smile tugging at your face despite your slight distaste for the cat. You didn't hate him; you had a truce after all. In this moment, you were no longer Clementine and just the sick kid you had always been. Time passed slower than usual, chartreuse eyes stuck on your every movement. He made no effort to come inside and instead studied you from the windowsill, concerned as ever. In some way he reminded you of a sad dog nervous to intrude on your unwell state. 

"You don't have to stay in the cold... Unless you want to freeze your whiskers off." 

And there it was. That sly grin and mischievous glint, yet he still didn't say anything. You paid no mind to it as Chat stepped in, glancing around your room. It was covered in small trinkets. Glow in the dark stars lined your roof, sketches of flowers and bugs were scattered across your desk, skilfully hiding your study of whoever was beneath the mask of that ignorant cat. There was an acoustic guitar standing in the corner of your cluttered room, neglected. Playing became difficult as the years went by, your knuckles seizing after playing for more than just a few minutes. The same was beginning to happen with holding a pencil, but at least you could still type despite everything else. He took a step towards you now, squinting as his pupil's dilated. You had been this close to him before, but this was different. He was no longer arrogant, ignorant and egotistical, but much rather concerned and critical. 

"Do you have something to say or are you just looking for someone to pity?" your words fell with venom, "I am not looking for your pity, Chat." There was no surprise in your question to Adrien. He still remembered you barely letting him guide you up the stairs. "Am I not allowed to pay a simple visit? A birdie told me you could use some company." His smirk was annoying, but maybe there was a small part of you that lifted with the corners of your lips. You did need company more than you ever planned to admit. 

Instead of sitting back at your desk, you took steady steps towards your bed. The sheets were a soft shade of sage, but they weren't anything special. "You can sit down, y'know?" You arched a brow, pulling a pillow off the head of the bed and hugging it tight to your stomach, legs crossed beneath it. Chat Noirs smirk softened into a peaceful smile. Taking a seat at your desk, he found himself kicking his feet off of the floor. The chair spun and he heard you let out a sweet giggle. Relief washed over him. While he wasn't technically Adrien in the moment a part of him felt at ease knowing you found some form of enjoyment from his alter ego. He planted his feet into the floor, steadying himself to face you once more. "So..." he trailed off. Gosh, why hadn't he planned of something to say before he actually came inside. 

"So?" You squinted and shook your head slightly, still dizzy and head thumping periodically behind your eyes. He took instant note of your slipping demeanour. He had seen you exhausted, but never so sick. Instead of taking pity or freezing up, he resorted to trying to become helpful. "What can I do to help you? You kind of look like shit," he snickered in hopes of lightening the mood, "And I can't have one of my civilians so wrecked." You shut your eyes, although he was sure he saw you roll them just before. You snickered, your smile failing to leave. Momentarily you denied his assistance. This was your every day. 

Headaches, migraines, pain, nausea, dizziness, and the list could simply go on. 

"I'm fine." Teeth gritted, you turned your head to the left, away from his furrowed brows and worried eyes. They reminded you so much of your best friends that it almost hurt to look at them. He could read you too well now. "You aren't," his name left your lips so softly that it almost made you wonder how he knew your name, come to think of it, how did he find your address? "Look at yourself, you're freezing and clearly not okay. I'm not pitying you; I'm offering support." He sighed. The disappointment dug its sharp claws into your skin. The sudden regret of being rude filling the empty pit of your stomach. 

You didn't want to admit it, but Chat Noir was right. "There's anti-nausea wafers and pain meds in that top draw." You pointed to the top draw of your wooden desk. You were lucky he was here. There was no chance you were making it to that draw, suffering in your bed until you managed to pass out, whether that be from pain or exhaustion was not up to you. The blonde asked no questions, instantly retrieving them in his gloved hands. The glass you had broken earlier that day was half-heartedly shoved into the trash. A few stray shards had fallen over the edge, but you didn't have the heart to pick them up earlier. Instead, there was a replacement cup, a plastic one that you would buy for a kid just learning how to hold precious items. It was embarrassing, but you would rather the embarrassment than another glass shard stuck in your finger. 

After placing the pills in his palm, he offered them to you. In a practiced fashion you placed the wafer under your tongue to dissolve and the pill on top of your tongue. They were both small. The wafer was a small pink pill that tasted bitter, whereas the pain medication was slightly larger and a baby blue with that ever-familiar sugar coating. You reached for the plastic cup, but it never met your outstretched hand. You were practically trembling and after hearing how upset you were over the phone for spilling that glass Adrien wasn't just about to let history repeat. In a swift and steady motion, he raised the plastic cup to your lips, eyes locked on yours. He followed as you slightly tilt your head backwards, swallowing the aftertaste of the wafer down with the small pill. He pulled it back when you were done, turning just in time to miss the flush and shudder of your body. 

What the fuck was that.

He cleared his throat, as if only then realising just how intimate that moment had been. He shook his head slightly, blonde strands falling into his eyes before he pushed them back. You mumbled a small thanks and flashed a gentle smile. It felt nice to be looked after. You were yet to recover from the moment, but it did help serve as a distraction from your other feelings. He didn't apologise. He stayed for maybe an hour afterwards, watching as the medication forced drowsiness to make your eyelids heavy. Chat had rolled across the room to be closer to you, simply enjoying the small talk and company as you settled into bed, now laying down. He pulled the blanket further up your chest, fighting the urge to push a strand of hair behind your ear. Instead, he faltered and pulled his hand back. You stayed ignorant, so close to being lulled to sleep by the gentle purring of his chest. You were too drowsy to even realise it was coming from him. 

"I should leave. You need rest." 

There was no fighting back when he was already taking steps towards the window. He grinned at you, that cheeky look always fighting its way up front. You had no time to say 'thank you' as he climbed out of your window. The silence was almost saddening, but alas sleep was eating at your mind, and you were no stranger to succumbing to its persuasive mouth. You would simply have to thank him the next time he visited.

*back to the present*

I sat there crying my parents wouldn't be home for another hour or so, so I was all alone in my tears I layed in my bed and just held my necklace it was a feather which was ironic.I close my eyes but they snapped open when I heard the sound of wings flapping I saw a purple butterfly I gasped and shot up and ran but tripped over my shoes and fell I started backing up but ended up just covering my eyes and then I felt negative energy flow though my body I lowered my arms and closed my eyes and heard a man's voice "Y/n they judged you when all you ever wanted was to make everyone laugh so I give you the power to spread ur joy but in return you must get ladybugs and catnoirs miraculous,is that clear."

I smirked and stood up "Crystal." I felt my cloths and hair changing

(can also make ticklish light pink clouds or normal light pink clouds to walk on.)

I smiled at my outfit and went towards my balcony and opened the door and jumped off and landed ont he ground I jumped and went high enough to go on top of my roof and jumped roof from roof landing on the schools roof. I thought to myself 'I think I should give chole a good laugh first.'

I smiled and formed Pink clouds to walk on I walked to the window and made a sparkly light pink dust and blew it towards chole it hit her and I waited until I heard her laugh it was squeaky but cute she laughed more as the effects really started to hit her.

I saw Sabrina reach out to touch her shoulder and her laugh went up a octave and she fell out her seat. I smiled and decided to make my presence known. I pushed open the window and walked in on my clouds. "I wouldn't touch her it would just make it worse." I heard gasp and my smile grew Juleka muttered out

"W-who are you?" I smiled at her "I was Y/N but you can call me Giggle." I looked around and saw Marin and Adrien were missing oh well I'll find them later.

"Well guys I have a present for everyone here,Guess what it is!!" They looked around but no body answered "as y'all are no fun I have a giggly present!" I made a big glittery pink smoke ball and threw it around everybody and the room was filled with burst of laughter.

I smiled at my work and left the school and and made a few people in the street laugh but I realized this was taking to long so why don't I make a really big on at the iffle tower I smirked at my idea and made a big cloud and sat down on it and it flew me to the tower I smiled and stopped on a building enjoying hearing the laughter around me.

But frowned when I heard felt land behind me I turned around to see ladybug and catnoir  crouched down I smiled at them "Hello do u want a laugh?" They stood up and cat noir spoke up "I don't feel like it right now sorry." I frowned "Aww well I'm feeling nice so I'll give you one anyway!" I jumped at them and tried to kick them but they jumped away I frowned and jumped towards them again trying to punch  them.

They kept dodging I stood up feeling irritated and then came up with an idea I jumped behind a building  and started to make a cloud version of myself one touch from it and your laughing like crazy. I told her to hide mostly but show up far away and cause them to split up.

She nodded and jumped away I heard Ladybug yell at catnoir "Chat there she is!" I jumped up from my hiding place "Are you sure?" I heard him turn to look at me and looked confused he then looked and saw my cloud getting farther. I smiled " time is ticking which one of are you gonna to after?" I saw him looked at chat "ok Chat you stay here and fight her I'll go after her clone."

I smiled that my plan worked and watched as Ladybug jumped away. chat noir turned towards me and smirked "just us huh?" I rolled me eyes smiling "you just made me laugh so I really think 8s hound return the favor!" I jumped towards him and tackled him I tried to pin both his hands but he got one free and grabbed my waist to pill me off of him but I shrieked and started giggling and shifting some.

I gasped and my eyes widened and I covered my mouth I saw cat look confused but then smirked at me.He squeezed my waist again and I tried to hold in my giggled some slipping out "Hehehy s-stop heheh iehet!" His smirk seemed to grow cause I was starting to let go

Of his hand. He started the squeeze faster and I finally let go and squirming on the floor.

While giggling he then sat himself on my waist "wow who knew you were this ticklish trying to tickle others but u can't handle being tickled yourself." I felt my face heat up and I was trying to get away I realized my hands were free and tried to focus on forming a glittery cloud I formed a small one I knew it would have a big effect but it would still have one.

I threw it at him and it hit him and he froze I used this to my advantage and pushed him off and jumped back but smiled when I heard boyish laughter I looked at him and saw him clutching peg his stomach giggling and then I saw him holding his ears I guess those tickle too.

I walked towards him and crouched beside him and poked him his giggles grew louder when I touched him "Aww is the kitty too ticklish?"

He looked at me out the corner of his eyes "YEEHEHESEHEHS" I laughed at how he just answered truthfully. I sat on his waist again and made some cloud handcuffs and cuffed his hands together so I would have more room.

I wiggled my fingers at him "Now where should I tickle this ticklish kitty first?" He squirmed and I saw his face heat up "NOHOHO WHEHEHEREHE!"

I laughed and brought my hands up to his sides and slowly ran my nails up and down his sides he started laughing and kicking his legs behind me I laughed at his boyish laugh. "This spot is pretty good huh?"

I heard him laugh harder "YESSHESHHEHEHS,MOHOVE!!" I smiled and moved my nails up to under his arms he shot his arms down and rolled back and forth as much as he could."EHEHEHH AHAHAHEHEH LAHAHAHDYBUHUHUHG!!"

I smiled at him calling for help I wonder what Paris would think to know I have there super hero on the floor at my mercy.

I heard a booming loud voice though "Giggle! Get me his miraculous now or I will take your powers."

I felt my head hurt bad and nodded and went to grab his hand but before I did that I made another glittery pink ball and shot it at him increasing the tickling so he couldn't do anything to stop me I went to grab his hand and started pulling his ring off when I felt someone yank me backwards and throw me I leaned on a cloud I made. And saw ladybug looking at cat to see if he was ok.

"Chat are you ok?" I heard ladybug ask and chat responding best he could "YEHEEHEHS!" Inres confused and yelled at ladybug"HOW DID YOU GET RID KF MY CLOUD?!l" Ladybug turned and smirked at me "wind beats cloud you know" I frowned and got rid of my cloud "Well ladybug it's just you and me."

He stood up about to walk towards me but catnoir yanked him down toward him they were whispering but I didn't understand what they were saying. I grew annoyed and yelled "hurry up won't you unless u wanna lose right now!"

Ladybug stood up and smirked at me and yelled lucky charm and I looked away cause of the bright flash and saw him holding a feather I frowned and then laughed "What are you gonna do huh,tickle me?" His smirk grew and I felt butterflies grow in my stomach but I tried to stay calm "Well shit  luck for you I'm not even ticklish." I ran at him and he ran at me and I kicked him in the side causing him to slide but next he threw his yo-yo at me and trying to time me up with it but I  dodged but whip I was distracted he tackled me and sat on my waist I was about to push him off be he used his yo-yo and tied my hands together and then around a light post not that far away.

I yanked but I couldn't break free I glared at ladybug " do whatever you want I'll never tell you where my akuma is!" ladybug didn't say anything which sorta scared me I felt him place th feather beside me but not use it I was confused until I felt one of his gloved fingers run up my stomach it tickled but I tried to hold in my giggles he looked at me and saw I still looked unbothered.

And then started to draw tiny circles on my stomach I tried to squirm away but I couldn't do much. I then Felt all his fingers crawling all around my stomach I couldn't do it and let out a giggle I heard ladybug laugh above me "Was that a giggle? I thought you weren't ticklish?"

I shook my head no and heard him chuckle.

I then though felt him start to go towards me side I was crazy ticklish there I could nearly be held there for to long before breaking out in laughter. I couldn't take it and burst out laughing "LAHAHDYBUHUHG COHOHOMEHEHE OHOHN LEHEHEHAVAVE MEHEH ALOHOHNENE!"

He laughed at me and sped up his fingers "you know how to make this stop and if not I'm on a have to tickle all over you until I find your akuma."

I shook my head no while laughing even though I loved the idea I also liked my powers,and couldn't let him find it I was happy his still hadn't reached my second worst tickle spot he though started heading towards my armpits and I started squirming and my laughed increased.

I saw his smile grow "aww is this a bad spot?" I didn't answer I was to embarrassed he smiled

"Well if you want me to move spots you gotta answer so giggle does this spot make you giggle does it tickle when I run my fingers up and down on your skin?" I squealed and couldn't do it freak hawk "iIHIHIT's THEEHHEE NEHEHEECKLACHEHEH!!" Ladybug tiled his head "huh what was that I couldn't hear you can you repeat it?" I thrashed back and fourth " ITS THE NECKLACE!"

I managed to get out he laughed at me and moved to my neck and decided to be a fucking tease and lightly run his fingers across my neck causing me to scrunch up my neck and giggle "Eheheh Geheht it enebehehe Ohohof!"

Ladybug laughed one last time and undid his yo-yo and took of my necklace and dropped it and broke it then a black butterfly flew out he did his normal thing but I couldn't really care I was tired cat noir's laughter when silent and so did all the other laughter all over Paris. I sat up and looked around

Ladybug landed in front of you with incredible grace, her yo-yo spinning in her hand. Her blue eyes searched for you for a second, and you could see her expression change: worry, relief… and something softer.

“Stay behind me,” she said in that firm yet gentle voice she only used when talking to you.

The fight was intense. Pizza Demon was throwing pizzas that exploded against the walls, splattering everything with sauce and pepperoni. Ladybug dodged with ease, but she kept glancing back to make sure you were okay.

Suddenly, the villain aimed directly at you and launched a huge, flaming pizza. Ladybug dove without hesitation. She hugged you tightly to her body and spun in the air, completely enveloping you in her cape. You felt the heat of the explosion nearby, but she protected you with her entire being.

When you landed on the roof across the way, she still had you in her arms. Her face was very close to yours. You could see the sweat on her forehead and how her cheeks were turning red beneath her mask.

“Are you okay?” she asked, still holding you. You nodded, though your heart was beating faster for her than for the danger.

"Ladybug… thank you. You saved me again."

She smiled that shy smile that melted your heart. For a second, it seemed she was about to say something, but then they heard Cat Noir calling her from below.

Ladybug glanced at the villain and then back at you. Carefully, she tucked a strand of hair that had fallen across your forehead.

"I can't let anything happen to you," she murmured, almost to herself. "You're… important to me." You felt like the world stopped.

"Important?" you repeated softly. She bit her lower lip, clearly nervous, and then blurted out something you never expected:

"You're my crush, you know? For a long time…" Before you could answer, she gave you a quick kiss on the cheek, so soft it almost felt like a dream. Then she gathered her strength and leaped back into the fight. Minutes later, the akuma was purified. Everything returned to normal.

When Ladybug returned to the rooftop where she had left you, she found you waiting for her with a huge smile.

"What you said earlier… were you serious?" you asked.

She approached, more confident this time, and took your hands.

"Completely serious," she replied, looking into your eyes. "Every time I see you in danger, I only think about protecting you… because I don't want to lose you." You took another step closer.

"What if I told you that you've also been my crush for a long time?" Ladybug's face lit up. She let out a nervous, happy giggle and rested her forehead against yours.

"Then… maybe after saving Paris a few more times, I can tell you who I really am." You smiled at her and stroked her cheek.

"I'll wait as long as it takes, my heroine." Ladybug hugged you tightly, and for a few seconds, Paris, the akumas, and the rest of the world ceased to exist. It was just the two of you.
