spring morning.

March has some fucking nerve showing it’s face around here again

Blocking. Muting. Deleting. Unfollowing. All forms of self care.

I’m full of rage but in a very chill and nonchalant way

this gets funnier when you see the time stamp

look. i don’t think my stretch marks are beautiful. i don’t think they’re tiger stripes or natural tattooos. i don’t think my acne is beautiful. i don’t think the bags under my eyes are beautiful. i just think they’re human. and i don’t think i have to be beautiful all of the time in order to be accepted and loved and sucessful. i don’t think every small detail of my outer appearence needs to be translated into prettiness.

You cannot live alone on the fantasies you feed to your mind, eventually you have to touch your life for real, assess and analyze your habits, understand your character, try not to hate yourself for your character as it was shaped when you were very young by circumstances outside of you, and begin learning how to cope with your character, how to build habits that work for you, finish small projects, finish big projects, expose yourself to more uncomfortable situations, assess why you want to leave that friendship before you leave it, raise your anxiety levels on purpose, so that you can grow, raise your work load on purpose, so that you can grow, so that you can build resilience, so that your life expands, and can be experienced by you in full and in reality

grocery shopping with friends is the purest form of bonding you can do w someone

My favorite feeling is when it’s winter and you wake up in the middle of the night and you look out the window and there’s snow on the ground and the sky is kind of light colored and it looks misplaced and kind of eerie but also comforting i love it the most
