Zuko has been taken by the Earth Kingdom army to who-knows-where, and Sokka is determined to get him back.

But he can’t do it alone.

With Suki and the Kyoshi Warriors by his side, Sokka is headed to Ba Sing Se to find Katara and Aang so they can go rescue his fire bender.

Things aren’t as easy as he had hoped. Corruption, lies, and unknown horrors await them inside the city’s walls. None of this is helping Sokka’s mental well-being.

Hakoda and his men face a problem of their own as Azula approaches with the intentions of making it rain fire.

this was probably both the worst and best time for me to read to read chapter 6 of RIA, I’m so glad I finished before my birthday (this feels like a little treat, im so glad I didn’t procrastinate!!) but also there were way too many things happening just as I melted into the second half of the chapter and I was genuinely tweaking and pissed from not being able to read but also giggling and kicking my toes because this was one of the times I actually get to read and also I eated all the commas <33333 

I wanted to write more but this’d be way too long and also I don’t want to bother you (pls tell me if my rants do!!) I don’t really have anyone to talk to this about add I really didn’t expect the 𝑽𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒚 𝒈𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 at the end, and the way you both carried and introduced it made my brain practically melt into my heart, I was trying way too hard to finish on time and I’m so glad I did! I love your writing so much sreeder, it genuinely makes me so happy whenever I read it <333 

(P.s., the little contrast between chapter 4 and 5 was so sweet, don’t expect me to stay without fan art for long)

The sweet gesture was VERY NICE for the boys haha they seriously deserve nice things I feel bad I never give them nice things lol. I mean they have each other so theyre fine lol.

DUDE!!! LIFE IN A BOX IS SO FUNNY!!! because sokka literally spend like 2 entire first chapters of the fic locked in a box. Haha. So… even without reading it, you’re already getting it lol! & technically I could get all deep about how “life in a box” actually makes a lot of sense as a title for liab based on what the characters go through but I won’t do all that lol.
