وكلتُك قلقي وقلّة حيلتي، والدروب التي لا أعرف نهايتها، وكلتك أموري كلها، فلا تتركني لنفسي ومخاوفي، ورتِّب لي أيامي.

"القدرةُ على التّخلّي منبعُها القلبُ، ولن تقوَى يداكَ على الإفلاتِ طالمَا القلبُ لا يزالُ عالقًا، ومتَى استفاقَ وأدرَك الخيبةَ سترتخِي اليدَان سريعًا لتفلتَ ما كنتَ تظنّه لَا يُفلَت."

Patience is so closely linked with love that if I were to thank someone for loving me, it feels more correct to say “thank you for being patient with me” than simply saying “thank you for loving me” because patience is the root of human love, and the deeper the gratitude goes, the more it touches their heart.

My mother told me today, her hands tucking my hair behind my ears. A soft distant smile playing on her lips. Her eyes elsewhere lost in another world; “you can want them but they need to want you too for any relationship to work. I promise you, no matter how much you try from one side if the other side doesn’t meet you halfway it will never work They need to want you in their life as much as you want them in your life. That’s how it’s supposed to be”

أنت ربه يارب، سبحانك أنا ما لي من حيلة، إن حزن وإن بكى، وإن أحرق الصدر، وإن ذرف الدمع، وإن هاج ثم هدأ ثم أنشرح ثم ضاقت به الأرض، سبحانك ما لي عليه من سلطان، أنت رب هذا القلب يا الله، أنت رب تقلبه، وأنت رب ثباته، أنت ربي ورب قلبي، فاللهم أعني عليه وأعنه على ما فيه.🤲🏻
