if you were to watch only the great works of the us cinema you could gain the mistaken impression that these are human beings with real thoughts emotions and a vibrant culture but if you watch a layer further you will see that these works appear nearly on accident, on the same level of cognition as a hyena eating a watermelon and randomly uttering clearly and unmistakably the phrase 'overwatch' before returning to its mindless gnawing

That strain of 00s/2010s animal/furry/etc media that's like Weirdly ~Tribal~ is maybe the most potently obviously insulting shit in the world. Like (noble or otherwise!)
