I like Susie Deltarune a lot. She's just not a kind of character you see very often. For the amount people pretend to love bully female characters, there's shockingly little actual representation of what makes those charactersaact like that. To top off that she's got a non feminine body type and presentation, its just nice to see. I look at Susie and I imagine a kid, maybe 12 or 13 who was kind of a bully last school year realizing that doesn't have to define them for the rest of their lives. Its a message I wish I'd seen at that age, and one that I think is pretty powerful. She's also just fucking weird and we need to let more women do shit like eating chalk.

also not to keep being enamoured with the idea of your PC having descendants it would just be straight up fun to get to start over with a fresh character but after the Alliance. I think it would solve most of the issues with having the Commander feel like a dummy due to powercreep with going back to doing mundane tasks by having a complete rookie take over the spotlight in the story and get to build their own feats over time rather than keep using the same PC that has triumphed over greater foes and is now back to square one. also it would be extremely fun to get to meet the entire Alliance crew again with a different set of dynamics than the one you've built up for so long as your advisors and underlings. reverse uno and they could be *your* mentors and commanding officers who show you around

It’s like. People can tell if you don’t really like or connect with them. If you aren’t truly enamored with someone you will have a hard time coming up with activities to do together to deepen the friendship. Because you don’t really like that person that much.
