Finally mentally healthy enough for meditation and mindfulness to work hsbdbd. But for real, i wish every counsellor and phycologist i saw as a teen cannot find the cool side of the pillow at night for making me feel like i wasnt trying hard enough when meditation would make me spiral. Sorry u couldnt handle treating more than like a tiny bit of anxiety.
