Not to be dramatic, but the last episode of Good Omens 2 made me understand what love is supposed to feel like.
People say that when you’re in love, all the love songs make sense, but as someone who has never been in love love songs feel vague, shallow, and vapid. I always assumed Love would be a combination of feelings that I was already familiar with - care, respect, adoration, admiration, lust, etc. I was wrong. What I felt between those characters what something entirely new - powerful, electric, and ineffable. I get it now. This was the first piece of media that actually made me feel it.
I can’t stop thinking about it.
