So happy to be sewing for the @lightgreyartgallery show Botanica, it’s so great to be involved and the line up is incredible. Here’s early progress on my piece that focuses on seeds & their amazing capacity for containing life, and surviving enduring fire/ice/time to still give birth to flora 🌿

I am SO proud of this one! I tried a different technique to get that ‘shaved dog’ look and I think it turned out so well! This is a 6" hoop and I used all six strands of floss to make the fur! This thing is as thick as a rug!! 😭💜 http://ift.tt/1Sa0y0z
