When you have a female body and don’t exercise (yet are capable), so much of your energy goes to your mind due to the separation between you and your body. Lack of movement is responsible for the overthinking, overprocessing, addictions to social media, overfunctioning, sex without a heart connection, and obsessive shopping and consumption of booze and the like. The female body is a nuclear powerhouse, the portal that nourishes souls from heaven to earth. I either feel things so deeply they paralyse me or I just can’t seem to feel a damn thing

the second you decide something is yours, that’s it. it’s yours. so—with love—stop referring to it as your “desire,” stop seeing it as something outside of you, stop doing anything to try to get it, and—yes, this is a non-negotiable—stop desiring it. it is not a potential anymore. you claimed it. it is in your possession.

Quit talking about the bad news of the day, the bad relationship, the ex who screwed you over, the job you hate, the sleep you didn’t get, the back pain, the annoying friend. The more you speak on bad news, the more you magnetise situations of the same level to you. Turn your energy to speaking only of good. Start talking about all the juicy, goodness in your life. Learn to re-direct conversation. And stop letting people around you edge the conversation to bitching and negativity. Beware of friends that do this. Switch up the conversation. Soon people will realise you’re not the one, to be speaking on drama’s, problems, health issues, being broke, talking other peoples business.
