At one point you find your grandpa's old music records and it brings a smile to your face. You put one of your grandparents' vintage records on a gramophone and it opens a window to the past. The past that was joyful, sweet and fun. Where there were no worries and the world seemed bright...

After long and exhausting weeks of travel you've finally reached mysterious count Orlok's castle located deeply in the Carpathian Mountains, Transylvania. A land of thieves and phantoms, people call it. "Nothing more than a blunt superstition," you thought to yourself. For days you've been dreaming about warm bed and a hot meal. Instead you've been welcomed at the count's castle with deafening silence, icy wind and not a living soul in sight. Except the count himself. His giant shadowy figure that you could barely discern in the darkness invites you in to warm yourself by the fire. You step into very ancient-looking stone hall and feel the wave of warmth from huge fireplace. The room was very dark though and for a moment you notice something slightly moving in the dark corner and soft but menacing growling. The count invites you to his table and to your surprise you notice that there is no food. There was a pitcher on the table with red liquid that looked like wine but the count never offered it. "I never drink wine," the count said with a strange smirk in his voice that was dry and unpleasantly wheezing. Still you couldn't see his face but count's pale eyes were fixated on you. They were strangely glowing in the dark. Immediately the count starts asking you about the property he's planning to buy back in Wisburg. Having no choice you take out the papers, accountant books and quills. "It's gonna be a long night," you think desperately. Eventually the count offers you to sign a very peculiar document written in his native tongue. Completely haggard you sign it without questions not having a clue that you just signed your death warrant...

Chill in the Slytherin common room with your fellow ghosts tonight! It's peaceful and quiet now in Hogwarts castle with most students gone for the holidays. Sometimes it might feel completely abandoned but spooky castle ghosts will always gladly reminder you how scared you're supposed to be! 👻 With all exams successfully passed you can treat yourself with reading fascinating stories about dark witches and wizards, study some creepy dusty books from the Restricted Section (they will probably scream at you), master your skills in potion making and Occlumency. Oh, and don't forget to learn a couple of new curses so you can later practice them on some naughty Gryffindor students 💀

🍂🌧 The last day of autumn season turned out to be really misty and rainy. It's been a long and cold day and by the time you finished chopping firewood everything was already lit with moonlight. You come back to your old wooden cabin just in the right time for tea. It's very cozy and inviting inside. With relief you put some logs in fireplace, make yourself comfortable in your old and creaky rocking chair so you can warm up your heels by the fire. Hot herbal tea with lemon and honey will keep you warm as you treat yourself with delicious cinnamon rolls. Now you can enjoy some quiet time reading while it's raining heavily outside...
