eleven is my favorite always and forever because he embraces this childish, runaway, craziness about him which ultimately becomes some sort of lesson about tragic ego. he plays himself to be a child when in reality his desire for all things beautiful and great oscillates around himself only. he does make people dangerous to themselves because they begin to believe he is the only voice of this beauty and greatness. he hopes more than any other doctor and at the same time loses far more as well. he's so rich and layered. it's awful and delicious.

I’m so ready to be a Morpheus apologist again. I thought I wasn’t going to feel like this but the moment I pressed play on episode 1 I was already doomed to raise a shrine to him once more.
