In the Matsuribayashi arc, in a connecting fragment, Satoshi says that Satoko felt embarassed to walk hand by hand with him, I guess it’s something that Satoko must have regretted and surely missed once her brother disappeared, so looking at her happily walking hand by hand with Keiichi at the end of the Tataridamashi arc in the manga, I think her happiness was genuine, that she was truly enjoying to pretend that even if only for a night, Keiichi was her nii-nii.
