hi guys! i went on an unintentional break and gained all the weight i lost after being banned :<. im about to start going back to the gym but i wanted to know if anyone has any workout recommendations at all? im gonna list my workout schedule below and i would love to know if i need to make improvements.
3x15 heel elevated squats
20 minutes, 12 incline, 3 speed cardio
3x20 (10 reps/arm) alternating front raises
3x15 bent over rear delt fly
3x15 squat into shoulder press
3x15 alternating kettlebell swings
3x15 alternating elbow plank
stairmaster (until failure)
wednesday- chest and arms
on top of all this im only eating 600cals daily, with once a week eating 1200 so my metabolism doesn’t mess up
