i dont really ship anything BUT you must admit. tony stark x stephen strange is amusing purely for reasoning of if they double-last-named in marriage, you would get tony's full name being Anthony Stark Strange or Anthony Strange Stark - both of which lend themselves to the glorious initials ; ASS. also it'd mean stephen's initials would be SSS. that is my only argument and i have no idea what the characters interact like in a romantic context because i dont care i just like the name thing

reflecting back on the old MCU fandom is so funny cause ill be scrolling and see someone's tagged a cap quartet post as "ot3 + Bucky" and I. that is so amusing post stucky + sambucky + buckynat (granted that's more popular in the comics) like if anything his ships with all three of them are more popular than the ships with each other lmfao??

Steve Rogers mischaracterisation is so rampant that people often forget that he's an Irish Catholic second-gen immigrant raised by a single mother from 1920s Brooklyn, and then went into the army. People treat him like he's a 1950s farmer in Kansas. Babes he's not Clark Kent in Smallville, Steve knows what swearing is and swears a lot infact. The joke that he's playing up the "Innocent Catholic American Way™" Captain look for the Avengers is funny, but the problem comes from the fact people don't realise he's playing it up and assume he's just.. like that. Also, most people who instantly assume a word they haven't heard is sexual in nature tend to be people who actually partake in such activities. No virgin with no idea what sex is about is gonna hear a word they don't know and instantly assume it's a sexual innuendo. TLDR; Steve ain't “innocent” and it's annoying that people treat him like that.

rewatching all the important movies in the MCU in prep for doomsday, and like.. why the fuck were people so pressed about the team iron v team cap drama?? they both made terrible decisions and it could've all been solved by communication. the original accords were shit and team iron should've read them more thoroughly before agreeing to risk their mutate teammates. team cap (and by team cap i mean Steve Rogers) should've actually talked about his concerns and why the thing with Bucky was a big deal. also all around everyone should've been more honest. TLDR; everyone in civil war was fucking stupid except Spider-Man but don't be like him either because he blindly followed iron man into a fight that he didn't know shit about.
