No so like, 1 star is 5 star because a star is beautiful aside from a rating system. It’s just a nice star. 2 stars is 1 star because that’s just you being pretentious, maybe it’s even actually a decent thing you just disagreed with or didn’t understand and you think you’re better than it. 3 stars is 4 stars because most things are three stars and most things are actually pretty enjoyable, but I respect you for saying three stars for something you found average but good, because there’s still so much room for improvement. Not a lot of people go for 3 stars. 4 stars is 5 stars because that’s a respectable rating it took thought to come to, you didn’t just jump to 5 stars because you liked it and you didn’t settle for 3 because it hard problems. You put the thought in to get to 4 stars. And 5 stars? Well that’s one star because what are you talking about, too many people rate everything five stars, if you say something is five stars why should I trust you. 5 stars sucks. That could be anything between marvel slop and eraserhead. Who knows.

reinforcement learning is so fun. you'll be staring at the tensorboard while it trains and see a sudden huge spike in the reward and will think "yes!! it got it!!" and then you look at what it does and it's just. total bullshit. that just happens to game your reward function. so you have to go back to tweaking the reward function because you've been bested by the machine yet again
