Overcoming the obstacle course.
At a push, I'd say this the Recon battalion of 4th Guards Kantemirovskaya Tank Division, due mainly to documented images using "Ryab" camo (of which I have a set) and the Smersh with the Bob hat.
Ryab is great in my opinion. Totally underrated, though it was only designed in 2011.
As well as the EMR pattern in the image, you don't often see the "Sumrak" patterns, let alone this variant.
I've seen a greyer version, and this version, which works better in temperate conditions than the grey.
From a distance you'd ID the camo as Flecktarn, but it is fact one of the "Tochka" series.
SOBR "Terek" based in Grozny. Notice the unusual camouflage - that is the Russian commercial A-TACS, made by SSO I believe.
Russian Armed Forces
An armed soldier without any identifying insignia keeps guard outside of a Ukrainian military base in the town of Perevevalne near the Crimean city of Simferopol on March 17, 2014 in Perevevalne, Ukraine. Voters on the autonomous Ukrainian peninsular of Crimea voted overwhelmingly yesterday to secede from their country and join Russia.
"Russian" troops in Crimea.

Early 90's Russian VDV. Note the Blue beret, Telynyashka and VSR/Dubok camouflage.
MVD SOBR "Bulat". Pattern worn is "Yeger" or "Jagel", which is very similar to the Finnish M/05.
