Christmas is a special time of year for me, and it's probably one of my favourite times of year because I get to see and enjoy with my family. Moving far away from home has taught me to treasure these moments and memories shared. What makes it mostly special to me is just the amount of love in the air, with so much happiness and joy. Not everyone gets to experience that, so I am especially grateful for what do have. Recognizing that, I encourage everyone to reach out to friends, family, colleauges, and just simply wish them a wonderful day. It's a simple gesture that goes a long way. And if you can do more, like invite someone over, donate presents, time or money or just do something nice for someone, please do so. We could all use some more love and positivity in this world. And for those who are struggling this holiday season, please, please, please get help. Reach out to family or friends, or call your local hotlines.
