► kseniya zarubin was born in 4206 to a sixth generation space dwelling nenet ( samoyed ) russian mother and a tau ceti father on the planet kepler 453a. in 4210, her family and the one hundred million other citizens were forced to evacuate the planet as the excavations and resource harvesting became too threatening to the population as it was expected to destroy the planet. kseniya and her father were boarded onto the UCC HORIZON, but her mother was separated from them and sent to work aboard the new, but understaffed spaceship UC HONOUR.

► for the next ten years, kseniya worked towards gaining enough money to get herself and her father visitor passes onto  the UC HONOUR, as well as an early living permit for the UCC STARMAN, as life aboard UCC HORIZON was difficult, cramped, and becoming an unsafe environment for tau ceti to live in.

► when kseniya was fourteen, in 4219, a genocide was carried out against tau ceti in the UCC HORIZON by the human population. ever since signing the UNIVERSAL ALIEN COALITION in 3995 and losing their constellation for resource harvesting, the tau ceti people had been pliant and demanded little of humanity. rewarded greatly for their assistance in advanced medical technology and uniquely resourceful planets, much of the population accepted them as their own and allowed them to be assimilated into their cultures. many humans married and procreated with tau ceti, as was so in kseniya's case.

► the rest of the population was turned against them, seeing the tau ceti as enemy aliens, freeloaders, and the most privileged of all lifeforms because of UNIVERSAL COALITION support and social systems created for them. out of the 1.83 billion tau ceti scattered amongst the ships, 40 million of them were killed by the group UDT, 'UNIVERSAL DEMOGRAPHIC TRANSITION'. kseniya became the face of the tau ceti revolution for equality, and the force against hate groups such as UDT.

► for two years, the UNIVERSAL COALITION'S government, the ULOC, UNIVERSAL LEAGUE OF COMMANDERS, employed kseniya as their tau ceti representative and poster child for all public service announcements and so on, considering her significance in the community. she was also crowned as an officer amongst the tau ceti civilians to ensure peace and justice was put out.

► when such incidents became less than the hot topic around the UC, kseniya's contract was ended, and given no money nor support funds to go back to UCC HORIZON or otherwise. simply abandoned, she was forced to work aboard the newly created UC STARMAN in the loading and delivery bays -- menial work that needed minimally provided training and information.

► not only was it menial, but it was dangerous. many citizen and alien species shipments could turn out to be deadly, as many coworkers were attacked, injured, or died because of injury. shipments of resources, food, and other goods were not well monitored, and their protective gear was scraps, hardly maintained by any regulations or government protocol.

► at age 22, in 4228, kseniya's officer ranking was recognized from nine years past during the revolution and genocide. she was moved from work bays one, two, and three, to bay eleven -- the commanding office. recommended by several members of the ULOC, she was put into training for captainship of the UC STARMAN and overseer of its civilian class station, UCC STARDUST. kseniya completed training within two years, and at 24, became the first tau ceti-human captain licensed under the UC.

► her duties as captain and officer are to ensure the signing of all encountered alien species onto the UNIVERSAL ALIEN COALITION in order to obtain their home planets and extract resources from such, and to map every corner of the explorable universe.

► the UCC STARDUST -- UNIVERSAL COALITION CIVILIAN STARDUST -- is a civilian class space station trailing behind the UC STARMAN.

► in 4031, the first of six functional and inhabitable space stations was launched, the UCC CHAMPION. it was capable of holding approximately one billion people, but is now overloaded at 1.5 billion people. at least one hundred transfer and delivery ships are rejected every three months, on accounts of it being far too full to accept any others. about one thousand civilians a year from 4206 to 4233 are being taken off the UCC CHAMPION and sent to work on the UNIVERSAL COALITION SPACESHIPS, a fleet of ten nuclear pulse propulsion powered spaceships.

► the largest of the fleet is the head ship, UC PRISMA, clocking in at a length of 5 kilometres with a capacity for four thousand crew members. its attached space station is the UCC CHAMPION. six of ten spaceships have an assigned station that must stay, at most, a three day's journey away from their spaceship for ease of access and in case of an emergency. the only exception to this rule is if the spaceship is sent into what is thought to be dangerous territory, in which case the station may dock with another station, or attach temporarily to its ship.

► every six months, the spaceship docks with its station to exchange crews, deliver supplies, for repairs, or otherwise.

► in order of creation from oldest to newest and their dates of creation, the spaceships and their stations:

► all space stations after UCC CHAMPION are capable of holding two to three billion people. UCC CHAMPION, UCC ALLEGIANCE, and UCC HORIZON are all at capacity and climbing. the aforementioned stations have enforced a strict no child policy, and fill their space with immigrants if possible. all other space stations have a one child policy, though their capacity limits are close to being reached. this puts strain on not only having to find new planets to inhabit, but more planets with suitable resources to build more stations.

► it is projected that UC HONOUR will have a new station, UCC PROMISE, by the end of 4233 and will launch on new year's day, 4234. however, much controversy surrounds this reveal, as the creation seems rushed and many are suspicious about not only the integrity and quality of the station, but how the UNIVERSAL COALITION is paying for and creating such.

► the majority of the population is unaware of the punishing, restrictive terms of the UNIVERSAL ALIEN COALITION, which strips away the rights of all alien races and species that sign it and leave them essentially homeless. close to a thousand species have been eradicated by their losses and the lack of space and diverse environment on stations to support certain life.
