Finally got to see the "Backrooms" and I gotta say: I LOVED IT!

As someone who played a number of games and watched the og ARGs, it's gotta be one of the best horror movies of the Summer! From the claustrophobic feel of every scene to the tension that laid behind every corner as well as the feeling of being trapped alongside the characters as the story unfolded, I was on the edge of my seat the entire time!

Chiwetel Ejiojer's performance of Clark brought you into the fold while Renate Reinsve's Mary had you wondering how this was all going to end and how the characters stories were going to unfold.

To see Kane Parson's Backrooms finally make it to the big screen was a too long wait and I can't wait to see more from him in the future! Definitely recommend this movie especially if liminal spaces, psychological horror and survival horror are your go-to horror experiences!

nobody “writes like ai” as long as they write, then they write. period. there’s no “writing like ai”. because by saying someone “writes like ai”, you’re implying that ai actually writes and that ai is the blueprint. but what ai does is mimic human-made works.

ai writes (aka they’re mimicking) like humans. not the other way around.

saying “this writer writes like ai” is the equivalent of saying “your work looks like those other works that copied yours”
