Ok so I have recently been needing a strict punishment. The plan is to wear a plug, be tied up and bent over the arm of my couch and given a switching.

So for the past two weeks, I’ve felt super angry even though nothing really happened to cause the feelings. And it’s caused me to have thoughts about lashing out and doing things I wouldn’t ever do. I have never acted upon these thoughts or shown them openly but they still concerned me so I asked to be punished. I took it and it helped for a few days but last night it happened again and I knew the previous punishment hasn’t fixed the behavior so before work, I asked my dom for a no mercy punishment to truly put me in my place. Even if it meant being left in tears and being unable to sit with a bruised ass. He delivered without question and though I didn’t cry, I will definitely be sore for the next few days. And he said if these feelings come back or I behave badly again before the weekend, our three day weekend will be spend with me taking the same punishment I had today every two hours for three days and then sitting on a stool in time out after each spanking
