Shane is in his preferred spot to watch over him; behind and near the door, just in case.
He leans back and adjusts his sunglasses.
Shane loves his sunglasses, they've become his best friend, a vital piece of equipment that helps him and Rozanov get through the day safely, maybe the most important one actually.
They help him to feel properly "on the job" , they're part of the uniform; they say 'I'm on guard, I'm a professional, I'm ready for anything.'
Which he is. Well almost everything.
Rozanov bends over to stretch in a new direction and Shane swallows carefully. The dancer probably isn't even aware of the view he's creating for Shane from this angle.
Shane looks away for a second and returns his mind to the topic of sunglasses which is far safer than thinking about the shape and god help him feel of Rozanov's butt.
Some people might say he doesn't really need to wear them indoors but he does. For many many reasons.
And then just wanted to share some Ilya snark too
Rozanov had asked him about the sunglasses once,weeks ago, in a round about way. He'd said;
"Always sunglasses indoors? So you are very "cool" then?"
The speech marks he made in the air and his tone had not been complimentary, nor had the rest of the sentence.
"…or maybe you have constant hangover? Need to drink to cope with pressure of job, yes? Or maybe is weak eyes, sunshine too bright, even in gloomy wintertime."
Don’t worry Shane has an excellent comeback 😂
