Unamed watcher guy

He died from a gunshot straight through his eye. His murder being covered up and never found, just kinda swept under the rug.

I think he spys on the other watchers specifically and how they perform. He is also the one to collect any information on the cryptids. Caligari being able to see through the "fake eye" this way Caligari has better control of everything. They made the fake eye so they didn't have to think about Caligari basically using them to see 24/7 plus it makes them feel more normal. They only are sent on missions that watchers couldn't complete.

He has been multiple families butlers over the years and all of them don't question his presence. They use this as a cover to blend in.
