well, i’ve come (almost) full circle… from eating the right amount to eating too little to now eating more than i should (… now i just need to get back to eating the right amount and stay there)

update: i think a lot of the “eating more than i should” currently comes from the fact that i drink a lot of alcohol (but definitely not to the point of alcoholism, i know that much) and with the alcohol comes the random craving to eat food
