That one word that sends chills down every mom's spine. All parents know, well more moms than dads, that when kids are tired, they're monsters. It's like they want to whine, throw fits, and do everything in their power to make your life hell.

First off, I have royally f'd up by my child. She is just like me. She is stubborn, has my attitude, and the worst part is she is 5 going on 25. Like fuck my life. As if it's not bad enough, let's fight with a mini version of myself that I can't punch in the face.

Ok well maybe I'm not an every day blogger... but I went on a much needed adult trip this weekend and had a blast.

Anyways, we went to a concert and it was great. But I'm going to get on my soap box for a second here... if you're going to a concert in the south for any country artist you KNOW that there's a high chance for there to be some drunk rednecks coming out of the woodworks to enjoy the show. Our tickets were $150 a piece. I expect to be able to sit & enjoy the show and if I wanna holler and have a good time, so be it. Don't get your panties in a bunch if the person next to you does so. The people on front of us paid for their tickets just like everybody else. These Yankees set down 10 minutes before the last show started and raised hell because the man beside them was having a good time and when the guitarists were jamming out, he'd holler "do it band" & "play it boy" but yet felt the need to call security on them. Don't be that person.

Yes, as you've read, that is my description. By now you've also read a southern mess as my user name.

First things first, this is who I am. I am what I am. what you see is what you get. I'm a mom. I'm a girlfriend. I'm complicated. I'm distracted. I work for a living. I get a baby sitter for my kid so I can go out. I am one single person trying to make it with my life and just be happy. I don't live to impress people. I cuss (probably too much) but it is what it is.

I don't do social media, so this is my relief. There is to many negative things going on that I don't feel the need to post about them on a feed so that 589 people that "know" me can judge. I'm an open book. If you ever want to know something, ask. I will tell you the truth and not what you want to hear. Blunt? Probably. I don't sugar coat anything so your little feelings don't get hurt. Be offended. Don't fall in line. Be a leader & not a follower that way you stand for something. I'm going to try this for a whole 365 days. Maybe stress relief because beer isn't always the answer & I'm too chicken shit for drugs.
