I was really angry tyoday and suddenly everything went super quiet, It hasnt been that quiet ever and I didnt know how to feel about it so I started punching my wall ubntil my fists hurt and then it was loud again this is just contstant and forever

Nothing works for everyone

Therapy has never worked on me and Ive been in treatment since I was a young kid. Ill never suggest it to people because of my personal experience with it. I solved all my problems on my own and thats how Ill always do things. Its God and me against the world against the allure of hatred and the noise and the stupid stupid people. I dont deserve nice and good things because it is intentional that I was born with more of an evil inclination to learn a lesson. I will be humbled further as I Mature. I think everyone that believes therapy is helping them is already too far gone, especially if they take some sort of radical stance politically. God waits for you to notice, He and your own will to move forward is really all you need, either that or an obsession to captivate you and bolster the belief that you have a purpose beyond what God has intended. This purpose will be incorrect as you will find a peace through it that is sinful, with unease in the back. It will be so frequent that you will grow accustomed and whatever part of your integrity and belief you sacrifies to fulfil this false purpose will be lost among the humility to misdirect.
