Perhaps the wyrm is just as eager to move past the implications of their mutual imprisonment as Nito is. He certainly doesnât do more than touch on the subject. Some things are too worrisome, even for powerful creatures such as Hraesvelgr.
âA dragon doth not live with many complicated amenities, even those commonplace for the citizens of Eorzea,â he states ponderously. The dragon trods over to the side of the path, then settles down, laying on what is probably sidewalk. Stiiiill not any less of a bizarre sight.
âThe Warrior of Light surely is not left wanting for practice, though. Thou art training for our future escape, yes?â
Nito sat down near Hraesvelgr, trying to stay out of the way of those walking past, although the wyrmâs size--though lessened--guaranteed that they took up nearly the entire sidewalk anyway. She pulled one knee up against her chest, leaning her chin on top. While she couldnât say she was actively training to escape, she hadnât exactly been idle, either.
âIt is... a slow process, regaining what has been taken from me. As for escape, there are many who claim it impossible, but I believe few of them have actually attempted. The magicks masking this city are potent, to be sure, but those contained within it are stronger still.â
If there could be some way to unify those trapped by the scientists into a cohesive force... But from what Nito had seen and heard, such a feat would be monumentally difficult for a multitude of reasons.
