Lydia almost frowns at the idea of yet another werewolf sensing thing about her. But this one, if all things go as planned by the soulbond is specifically in tune with her, she could pick up these things anywhere. That’s disconcerting, but somewhere in the back of her mind it was nice. “I’ve barely yawned, so I find that one inaccurate, and maybe I just find you comfortable. I’ll be fine for a while longer.” Lydia doesn’t need to even remember how the bringing back to life happened, its at the forefront of her mind, and she wonders if like Peter it’ll be something she just won’t be able to get over. That however doesn’t stop the small laugh that seems to leave her lips when she hears Laura’s explanation, it just seemed so…sappy. Maybe a bit alarming for someone she just met, but it was nice it in its own way. “I can see your point, however, maybe we should keep your decided nickname to ourselves.” But she lets a bit of a smile happen at the next words. “I expect only the best, Hale.” Lydia just hums an acknowledgement, but really again doesn’t make any attempt to move. But finally deciding to ask a question she had been wondering since before they even sat down. “Did you want to go talk to your mother and siblings?”
Laura chuckled. "I would get bonded with someone incredibly stubborn, of course. If you're sure, then we could just sit here for a little longer. I'm okay with being a pillow." She rolled her eyes at the laugh, knowing it was her fault for the words that had slipped free from her mouth. "Shut up," she mumbled without any heat or effort. "And fine, but I'm keeping it. Because it fits." A smile quirked up the corner of her mouth and the woman wondered if this meant Lydia was accepting things as easily as she was starting to, though that was probably the pull of the first night of the bond if she were being honest. "I'll pull out all the stops. Is that good enough for you?" The question throws her off for a minute and she glanced towards the door her family had walked out of, considering for a moment. "I can talk to them all tomorrow I think," she finally offered, a little hesitantly. It wasn't that she didn't want to talk with them, reunite with them... But the idea of walking away from Lydia, even for a short amount of time and at a small distance, felt painful and she doubted the girl really wanted to watch her family reunion all that much.
