What Do I Put Here?

frank is such an interesting thing for me to look back on because as opposed to miss maia/ninja/charlie my appreciation for him didnt evolve or change. i think he's been kind of watered down a lot since his original Flux appearance and that he's kind of turned into a gag character, I don't blame SYBO for not really knowing what to do with him since the series is in an "ice box" (allegedly, but we all know its 6 feet under). he's been pushed to the background a lot more often recently as easter egg appearances and imo im not a big fan, but if you asked me what i would prefer SYBO do i honestly probably couldn't tell you because it IS such a strange box to be put in. the series gave frank set up but it wasn't enough because it was only one episode so SYBO had the choice between building off that or just doing their own thing with their own character. i miss the story the animated series could have told, i hate the purgatory state that it's in so much i wish SYBO would just come out and say it's over instead of trying to lead fans on for so long.

i still love this tho. i really wish we got to explore jake and frank's rivalry more instead of just making it seem like "oh well stuff happened in the unreleased episodes of ssas that were just supposed to know even though they don't exist outside of words on a paper that is in a landfill rn".
