365 Days of Marriage

Day 365: we did it - 1 year today!

Day 364: survived the train journey and had a lovely first day I the Highlands.

Day 363: super excited to be taking this to Scotland. Even though I was 10 when I was last on it. And it's much smaller than I remember. And Alistair doesn't fit in the corridors....

Day 362: packing for our holibobs and spending quite a bit of time wrestling the cat out of the suitcase. Here's a throwback photo from our first holiday as a married couple on our minimoon in the New Forest. Fingers crossed the weather is equally kind to us this year!

Day 361: cocktails in the American Bar at The Savoy with Venus!

Day 360: week 2 of the new job and week 2 of looking at this poster at the tube station. It's effective advertising - I do want to go shopping. But for a kitten rather than a hoover...

Day 359: finally got around to using my matte topcoat!

Day 358: I appear to have aged 50 years overnight. Today has very satisfyingly been spent arranging under sink storage. I need to get out more... Or start a career as an under sink organiser...

Day 357: annual check up for the cats and spotted this in the waiting room. Sometimes German words are the best (it's for a microchip controlled food bowl)!

Day 356: birthday dinner for Mum = some rather good wine from her cellar!

Day 355: lovely evening at the theatre with Mum, judgy stares from the cat for being home late again!

Day 354: my first home cooked meal in about a week (which would explain the state of my skin!). More courgetti/ zoodles, this time with pesto, chicken and cherry tomatoes. Yum!

Day 353: fun evening out at Cahoots with this lovely lot.

Day 352: not a bad Monday - exactly 2 years from getting engaged (hence very cheesy grin), first day at my new job and an amazing celebration meal at The Portland!

Day 351: epic food, epic fun, epic people. What a lovely weekend.

Day 350: a pretty fantastic day in Edinburgh for the Fringe. Funz and Gamez, Massive Dad, drinks in a beer keg, cocktails, candyfloss, lots of food and some selfie failures. Phew!

Day 349: end of an era (or 2 years, apparently you need a longer period of time to be an era!)
