And I feel like I should implement this into my au somehow. It sounds rlly funny

like, imagine Davis & Molten walking somewhere in the city and someone walks into Davis bc they were on their phone or something, and in the person’s perspective; they see a normal man who they ran into saying “Oh, sorry”, and then some 7-8 foot bear robot with baggy clothes on says “Watch where you’re going, dickhead” while glaring at them

So this AU is basically a “what if Davis never fell?” scenario but with Ironcast brain rot.

After Davis (momentarily) defeated the Mimic and both he and Molten got up to the gap part of the cave tunnel thing; Davis actually jumped and Molten caught him, the Mimic having taken too long to catch up.

They both got out of the cave in time for it to collapse in, managing to get to a safe area and climbing all the way back up— and at some point during their escape, Davis passed out, making Molten need to carry him the rest of the way. The Mimic is now dead and gone forever.

When they both got out of the basement and to the main restaurant, Molten found the group (Cassie, Gregory, Bonnie, Foxy, Eclipse, Chica, etc) all by the main stage and told them to call an ambulance. Cassie called 911, an ambulance showed up, took Davis, and rushed to the nearest hospital.

Luckily, the area where Davis got stabbed (aka, got a hole in his abdomen or something) got cleaned and fixed up, but he had to spend several weeks in the hospital to recover and all that.

During those several weeks (if not, months) of being on that hospital, occasionally Molten would sneak into his room at night to check on how he was doing, as he couldn’t exactly visit him during the day since no one would really want to see a huge, terrifying animatronic wandering around a hospital.

Eventually, Davis got discharged, but had several scars on his chest and back from the incident. He went back to work, obviously, but not without things being different.

Molten still acts like the same asshole he was before, but now he is noticeably more protective of Davis, and is very much aware on how the man saved his life back during his fight with the Mimic, making him feel grateful and feeing like he owed Davis.

Some additional information here: Molten’s body is fixed a little from his fight, but now he no longer wears his bow tie, with Davis wearing it instead (symbolic thing I guess idk, I just liked the idea and added it). Davis has a bigger and better apartment now (he decided he had enough money from the pizzeria to get a better one). And lastly, Davis no longer has a cast on.

Anyway, this AU is basically just a happy one where season 2 and 3 never happen! No more trauma!! Yayyyy!!!!
