Most unrealistic thing about a lot of zombie media is that there aren't different names for the zombies

Like, take TFF Crafting Dead for instance; the zombies are called Walkers, and everyone calls them that. Who came up with the name? How did the name spread around so thoroughly that it's the one word everyone agrees to use?

There should be different names for the zombies, like depending on the group they're called Shamblers or Undead. Hell even within the same group, having people use different names is cool.
