Now armed with nothing but spotty memories filled with faceless humans and a third eye they do not remember having, Shadow chooses to help this gaggle of weirdos in hopes of finding answers... answers they themself may not like.
#Plastic Sunflower AU - (Sonadow) Hanahaki Parasite AU two-shot. Part 1 is already up and Part 2 is WIP. One of my most treasured AU stories that leans into the beautiful angst side. Highly recommend this one since it's shorter than Divination Eye.

Sonic remembers reaching out for Shadow, dying, losing his finger but undeterred, kept reaching.

Theia (Shadow) is an outsider who knows too much about the Sun (Sonic), he had never previously encountered Theia, yet Theia knew all about him despite how the other tried to hide it. On top of all that, no celestials remembered the Moon's face, like he was some faceless ghost and not a part of the Solar System.

(WIP) My own Maria lives AU basically lol - Unnamed and I haven't even really grasped how lengthy this would be. But I've gotten positive (ugly crying) as a reaction from friends, so I take it to mean it has a good concept lol.
Shadow and Maria have been fugitives for a long time, and Shadow shouldered a lot of the responsibilities of both keeping them safe and fed. He's in a major life crisis after having given his entire life for the sake of Maria when faced with her mortality. Sonic is mostly himself but meets Maria when he (for fun) volunteers occasionally at an elderly care center and makes it his goal to fulfill her wishes... even if it means dealing with Maria's abrasive asshole of a sibling.
